Owen Coleman, a world-class New York designer, discovered St. Lucia twenty-five years ago on a holiday with his family, when they stayed at a well-known beach resort near the village of Soufriere.
It was only by chance that they drove past a small white stucco villa that his wife had considered renting. The owner of Caille Blanc Villa happened to be home and invited The Colemans to come in. OUR SUITES
Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel operates as a one-of-a-kind luxury private boutique bed and breakfast with a 65 foot infinity pool and waterfall facing the majestic Pitons and the Caribbean Sea.
Previously a private home, Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel is a few minutes drive to the pristine beach with superb snorkeling and world class scuba diving in an underwater park off the beach.
With only six luxury suites, each individually appointed with treasures from around the world, en-suite bathrooms, hand carved four poster beds with Safari style nets, air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen tv’s, room safes, and refrigerators, your privacy is assured.
Our wonderful staff is friendly and will go out of their way to please you. Our day staff appears every morning to provide daily housekeeping and prepare food seven days a week, starting with our included personalized signature breakfast.
Our security staff appears each evening at 6 pm and ensures your privacy through the morning. Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel is staffed 24 hours a day; and our restaurant and bar area serve until 9pm.
All suite rentals include our personalized signature breakfast and housekeeping services daily. A minimum stay may be required.

The Pool Suite has an interesting façade made of hand-cut, local stone, which continues on the back wall of the bedroom. The air conditioned interior has a four-poster, king size bed and a beautiful, hand-carved day bed with overhead fans.
Comfortable, contemporary furniture outfits the living area which faces out to the shared infinity pool and Pitons. The suite has a large bathroom with two alabaster sinks, shower and vanity. The view overlooks the ocean, Pitons and infinity pool.

Dining is customized to your food preferences and prepared by our expert chef, Marilyn daily which begins with our signature breakfast. If you purchase the Meal Plan we will work with you to craft a special menu for each day and night of your stay or you may choose from our hotel menu below.

MEAL PLAN
Our Meal Plan is considered the best value on St. Lucia. Each day starts with our personalized signature breakfast and is followed by your choice of any lunch item on our menu. Going out for a hike? No problem – take a box lunch along.
In the evening experience a romantic candlelight dinner with our complete dinner option – choice of beverage (wine, beer, rum punch or soda), soup of the day, salad, your choice entree, daily sides, our special dessert – plus unlimited bottled water during your stay.
The meal plan must be taken for all nights of your stay; for all the guests in your party. No substitutions are allowed, or refunds for unused portions but we’re happy to address dietary concerns. Pricing is on our downloadable menu in US$ – tax and gratuity additional.
ACTIVITIES
Our on island team will be happy to help you plan excursions, transportation and reservations. Upon your reservation you will receive an email with a link to our Concierge App – Edgar.
Edgar will help you plan and schedule transportation to the villa and other excursions. If you don’t want to use the app we’re always here to answer questions and help out by email or text. Here are just a few of the things you can do locally:
BEACH
A four minute drive from our villa or a 15 minute walk on soft clay roads (wear sneakers). We offer daily shuttle service for our suite guests.
BOAT RENTALS
The Serendipity, a 42 foot catamaran, sails 2-25 people for a half day or full day; sunset cruise Tuesday’s and Friday’s.
SNORKELING AND SCUBA DIVING:
Fabulous underwater reef and unique wall dive just 35 feet from the Anse Chastanet beach that is excellent for snorkeling and diving.
MASSAGE
Maura has been giving us wonderful Swedish massages for twenty years. Her charge is $70 USD an hour plus tax and with a day’s notice, she will come to our villa to give you a massage in the room. Book through Edgar or speak with our team on arrival to arrange.
VOLCANO
Close to the Pitons is an active smoking volcano. It’s a 20-minute drive from our villa; cover yourself in the healing mud from the volcanic ash and hot baths
BOTANICAL GARDEN
The waterfall (featured in the movie Superman) is a beautiful site for a photo. Also sulphuric baths.
