CHOCHOLÁ, YUCATÁN
A few miles from Chixchulub crater, 26 kilometers from Merida, going to Campeche, is Chocholá. A few more than a thousand homes stand on the land that the as- teroid touched 65 million years ago.
A magnificent jungle over stone, with no surface water but liquid underneath, cristaline and vibrant in San Ignacio Cenote. Chocholá means salt water in Maya. Here, the jungle shelters the largest group of white tail, gray tail and red deer in Yucatan.

CASITAS & VILLAS
The road leading to the Casitas and Villas. Jungle vegetation begins emerging you into the Mayan culture, its history, its materials are again discovered. They find their natural place in the jungle, around an old wall or a local tree, respecting all existing vegetation.
CASITA
The spaces are luxurious and comfortable, so that guests do not feel thrown into nature, but in a privileged place, where they become part of it and observe it with respect.
The stone walls recreate old walls, called albarradas, are the pretext to create the space in which the hammocks and private pools are located. Bathrooms are open spaces, cubes of glass and wood that make you feel in the middle of the jungle but that strategically regulate privacy.
FAMILY VILLA
Set in the Mayan jungle each one perfectly framing nature. They are contemporary, air-conditioned, with local rich woods and stone, outdoor swimming pool, shared living area, one room with King size bed, and second room with 2 queen beds, each one with generous bathroom with his and hers sinks and featuring organic amenities.
*Area of 380m² / 2200 ft² area you can choose one king-size bed for two adults and one child or two queen size beds for two adults and two children.
VILLA ROYAL

CHABLÉ SPA
The heart of Chablé Yucatán, the cenote, uncovers the climax of the natural beauty of this place. This space shelters all activities related to Chablé’s concept of wellness. This redefinition that welcomes everything that creates well-being and balance from the soul to the space we inhabit.
On a wide wooden deck placed at the foot of the cenote, and accessed by going down a staircase that slides through the thick vegetation, meditation and yoga sessions are held daily.
The twelve wooden cabins float above this beautiful cenote as if they were small tree houses, and the common areas of hydrotherapy and dressing rooms culminate with a pool made of green petrified forest stone that is lost in infinity, to get back to the sacred waters and the exuberant vegetation.
Water as a mean to unite the visible and the invisible world is undoubtedly the cornerstone of the concept that guides Chablé’s philosophy: well-being arises from the coherence between what is and what is shown.
The herbalist, who recreates an old pharmacy where therapists can mix spices and herbs they need for treatments, inspired by the ancestral culture of healers.

In front of the cenote, filled with light and overlooking the Mayan forest, the Chablé fitness center is equipped with the latest Technogym technology.
Two personal Kinesis stations, cardio equipment, treadmills, ellipticals, fixed and strength exercise bikes, a multi-station with incline and decline benches, adjustable cables, chest, leg and abdominal presses and vertical traction, as well as dumbbells and medicine balls.

IXI’IM
Translated as “corn” in the Mayan language, Ixi’im offers a refined setting within the lush jungle of the extensive Chablé Yucatan grounds. Ixi’im was born imposing from the bowels of the hacienda, the old engine room.
Its beautiful architecture, conceived fin iron and glass. The restaurant has this combination of raw materials, wood, iron, stone and glass.
The sophisticated menu crafted by Jorge Vallejo and Luis Ronzon displays an innovative mix of Mexican and local influences, integrating fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables harvested and collected from the resort’s traditional Mayan Garden.
The restaurant also features the world’s largest collection of tequila, innovative cocktails, and a bespoke wine list. Here, two eras coexist: modern lines are inserted into the original ruins through a metallic skeleton that was introduced into the old structure.
A granite pond with an eternal flame welcomes diners; and a structure of metal and floating glass, made with great care to preserve the original walls intact. In 2018 Ixi’im was recognized by the Prix Versailles, The World Architecture and Design Award.
