A stone’s throw from the beach, the Oasis Restaurant has an enchanting indoor-outdoor dining room and a full bar in a garden setting of majestic palms and panoramas of the Pacific Ocean. A carefully selected international wine list includes Spanish, French, Argentinian and Chilean as well as Mexican wines.
Owner Isabel Goldsmith-Patiño has developed a tropical tequila and Margarita bar featuring tantalizing concoctions using the resort’s own herbs and fruits. The Oasis Restaurant fulfills guests’ special requests, from an elegant private dinner with a tailored menu to a beach party with mariachis and bonfires.

At La Palapa Beach Club, guests dine at the sand’s edge under a large thatched Palapa to the sound of the surf and the calls of marine birds. This is an idyllic spot where you can enjoy lunch in your bathing suit or sip drinks in the afternoon in the cool shade.

Wellness & Spa – Yoga
For guests who would like private yoga, there is a dedicated Palapa on lush lawn just steps from the beach. Open to the fresh air, and set in a garden with views of the beach and coastline, it’s an ideal spot for a fulfilling workout.
Yoga instructors are available upon request. Please contact the resort at least 2 weeks in advance to reserve your classes. Classes must be paid in advance. Cancellations must be made with 48-hours’ notice otherwise the class fee will not be refunded.

Born in Mexico, Xochitl has dedicated most of her life to studying and practicing many different massage therapies and body relaxation treatments; she has become a well-respected authority amongst her colleagues in the field.
Having traveled throughout Mexico perfecting her craft, Xochitl has apprenticed for famous gurus and shamans, learning new techniques and philosophies in promoting balance between mind and body.
Xochitl is also experienced in beauty treatments, which she studied for 10 years before serving clients in resort hotels throughout Mexico. Xochitl is now available exclusively at Las Alamandas!

Isabel Goldsmith-Patiño Founder & CEO
Born in Paris, Isabel Goldsmith-Patiño is the daughter of the late British financier Sir James Goldsmith and the granddaughter of “Bolivian Tin King” Don Antenor Patiño. Ms. Goldsmith-Patiño presently divides her time between London, Paris, Beverly Hills, and Mexico.
Isabel Goldsmith-Patiño inherited a wild and beautiful tract of land from her grandfather, who passed away before realizing his ambitious development plans to create a large hotel and residences on the site. Inspired by her love of nature and desire to preserve this pristine environment, Ms. Goldsmith-Patiño instead created Las Alamandas, a boutique resort that has become one of Mexico’s most famous and exclusive luxury hideaways.
Ms. Goldsmith-Patiño comes from a distinguished family that was already legendary in the hotel world. It was her grandfather, Don Antenor Patiño, who built Las Hadas, the fabled resort in Manzanillo where the movie “10” with Bo Derek was filmed.
