The restaurant is located in CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha, an 1852 Palace transformed into a luxury hotel, a privileged enclave where you can enjoy a careful gastronomy with a service oriented to offer the customer a great experience with the best of the smiles.
The restaurant has two spaces to serve: the terrace in the main courtyard of the hotel and the dining room. The terrace is an oasis of calm in the center of Madrid, with a plunge pool that appears and disappears by magic and a fountain whose sound becomes the soundtrack of the gastronomic experience.
On Sundays you cannot miss the Brunch from 12:00 to 14:00, if time allows. The dining room is an intimate and cozy space where you can taste our recipes, those days in which the good weather doesn’t appears, but in which the product, the elaboration and the service will delight you.
