The Domaine Les Crayères – a Relais & Châteaux association member and the Gardinier family’s property – has been repeatedly awarded from international newspapers and magazines. The 20 rooms and suites are decorated with the care and the sophistication of French classicism.

CHAMBRE IMPÉRIALE

Their spacious size (50m2), the extreme care of their accommodation composed of rare furniture and noble materials and their beautiful view on the Domaine Les Crayères make their places, privileged, intimate and magic. One Prestige Room is also available in the Cottage close to the castle.
DELUXE JUNIOR SUITE
The Domaine has two Deluxe Junior Suites, located in the Castle, of approximately 40 m² with a breathtaking view of the courtyard of honor or the park of the Domaine.
Spacious and bright, the Junior Suite Deluxe rooms enjoy a cozy and refined atmosphere. These rooms have a unique atmosphere that contributes to create a harmonious and delightfully confidential place.
SUPERIOR ROOM
Spacious and comfortable, the Superior Rooms are equipped and carefully decorated according to the British style. Cosy and sophisticated colours : each Superior Room is unique and face the Cour d’Honneur. The Domaine offers two Superior Rooms situated in the castle and a third one situated in the Cottage, close to the castle.
RESTAURANT LE PARC
Le Parc, the alliance of elegance and refinement of finest French cuisine. A majestic setting which focuses on the French art de vivre, tinged with sophistication and precision creating a cosy atmosphere. At the gourmet restaurant Le Parc , the slightest detail becomes natural and relaxing.
BRASSERIE LE JARDIN
Tucked away on one side of the grounds, Le Jardin offers a two-fold ambiance between its bucolic terrace unlike any other in Reims, and an immense loft-like building, designed in a resolutely contemporary style around an open kitchen.
BAR LA ROTONDE
With its British accent, the Bar of the Domaine aims to cultivate unique moments. During daylight, the view of the window overlooking the park is an exquisite spectacle. At night, under the stars with a glass of champagne, it embraces and shares the pleasure of jazz music or various other styles of concerts honoring the most famous of sparkling wines.
The wine list offers more than 600 references of champagne, from small producers to famous Houses, and more than 1000 references of wine. A snack menu is also available.

The Salon Polignac, located on the first floor of the Brasserie Le Jardin and completely renovated, can accommodate until 35 people for your professional meetings and seminars.
THE CHEF – PHILIPPE MILLE
Bocuse d’Europe and Bocuse de Bronze in 2009, elected Meilleur Ouvrier de France and “Grand Chef Relais et Châteaux” in 2011, Philippe Mille’s career path has been upwardly mobile since he obtained his diplomas in cooking and pastry-making.
He has worked in the kitchens of Bordier, Grondart, Anton, Roth, and as Yannick Alléno’s right-hand man at Le Scribe and then at Le Meurice. He won his first Michelin star at Domaine Les Crayères in 2011, then a second one in 2012 (which he has kept for the past 10 years). His menu is inspired by the seasons and the Champagne region, he also operates the brasserie “Le Jardin”.
