In order to bring Domaine Tarbouriech to life, « l’ostréi-créateur » Florent Tarbouriech and his wife Sabine have assembled an experienced multidisciplinary team of designers, artisans and artists.
The infinite expanse of the sea, the endless calm of the lagoon, the restful view of the Mont Saint Clair. Land, sea and sky blend together. The only movements are flamingos taking flight. Live in the moment, without any limitations, enjoy the view, and share our special place.
In the 18th century, between Montpellier and Béziers, a mansion hidden by foliage in the middle of the countryside was called a folly. Come and stay at the Domain and share in our “folly”.
There are four rooms and suites in the mansion itself, nine lodges in the 13th century barn with a traditional thatched reed roof, 2 artists’ residences and a SPA, tucked away in the winery of this former vineyard.
We seek to maintain a warm, family atmosphere, so that you can completely relax in a quiet, secluded environment. Over the millennia, this landscape, between the vineyards and the lagoon, has taken shape.
Over the centuries, this family residence has become a harmonious retreat. Over the years, the Tarbouriech family has transformed this property into “the Domain”, replacing the antique walls with contemporary architecture.

The taste experience
Oyster farmers for three generations, we have invented the solar tide, which opens the tables of the starred chefs to oysters from the Thau lagoon. From the salt spray to the soft evening light that falls, everything here is flavorful.
Our biodynamic vegetable garden offers us daily all the flavours of the earth and the sun. This taste for life motivates us and we want to share it, not only through an authentic and healthy cuisine, but by immersing you in a total experience.
