The most part of the suites and the restaurant are located in the main historical building. The suites and the restaurant style are highlighted by fresh and colored rooms, where the old furniture remembers the ancient origin of the Iaccarino family’s estate.

The pastel colors of the rooms are inspired by the tones of the Mediterranean flowers, bloom profusely on the Amalfi Coast. The suites, each one different from the others, follow the restaurant interior decor with fresh and bright colours, old furniture, and modern design.

The bathrooms are fitted with the typical hand painted majolicas of Vietri.and furnished with whirlpool bath. Each junior suite is painted with different colours, enriched with period pieces, colourful soft furnishings and unique furniture accessories.

THE CELLAR
The Don Alfonso 1890 cellar is an ancient and romantic nook in a Pre-Roman tunnel where more than 25,000 top-quality bottles are kept. There is also an aging room for cheeses.

The 1300 labels in the Don Alfonso 1890 cellar come from all over the world. Some bottles are true finds. The jewels in our treasure chest, in the hands of an expert sommelier, are the perfect “travel companions” for the meals served in our restaurant and hotel garden.

COOKING LESSONS
Among the hand-painted tiles and the most modern technology, the cooking school at Don Alfonso 1890 teaches the secrets of Mediterranean cuisine by organizing courses for its guests.

The goal of the courses is to share food preparation techniques for Mediterranean dishes by searching for absolute quality and an indispensable value that maintains that wealth of flavors, skills and secrets.

ORGANIC FARM “LE PERRACIOLE”
In Termini, surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Punta Campanella, Alfonso Iaccarino runs the “Le Peracciole” Farmhouse on seven hectares spread over the wildest area of the Sorrentine Peninsula.

He produces a top-quality extra-virgin olive oil, mostly for the restaurant and the famous lemon liqueur as well as all the ingredients that make the dishes at Don Alfonso 1890 truly unique.
