A cuisine of flavours and colours, a cuisine of tradition and mixtures, at diner time Peru comes to Le K2 Altitude. L’Altiplano welcomes Peruvian specialities to the table and invites food lovers to make surprising discoveries, unlike European cuisine, on a sensory journey to the doorstep of Lima.

Corn and sweet potato, amaranth and pepper, fish ceviche and avocado all in a sunny gourmet dish where flavours and subtlety are perfectly balanced. Why not tempt your taste buds with lomo saltado, a traditional dish using sautéed beef, which reflects the links between Peruvian cuisine and Asia.

Le 1856 in reference to the key dates surrounding the climb of K2, the eponymous bar is a special spot enveloped with the gentle warmth of cosy furniture and a comforting fireplace.

In this soft oasis with an intimate atmosphere, the head barman carefully concocts original creations which pay homage to the great cocktail classics. Like music, mixology takes inspiration from mixtures to form original creations.

The art of cocktails and “live” music, Le 1856 takes guests on a journey every evening, with the soft bluesy jazz notes meeting the spicy flavours of a House cocktail.
