LAGOON ROOM
Lagoon rooms overlook the magnificient Venice lagoon, they are perfect if you wish to admire the beauty of St. Mark’s Basin, the Renaissance Church of San Giorgio and the Baroque Church of Saint Mary of Health. They are between 20 and 35 square metres and have a lounge area with armchairs or sofas.
JUNIOR SUITE
Junior Suite rooms are located on the upper floors of the hotel, overlooking the lagoon, where you can admire the beauty of St. Mark’s Basin, the Renaissance Church of San Giorgio and the Baroque Church of Saint Mary of Health.
They have bathtubs or Jacuzzi showers, a lounge area and many of them also have a large, flower-filled balcony with a breath-taking view. They are between 30 and 50 square metres.

Principessa Restaurant is open daily until 6 pm. For hotel guests only it is open after 6 pm for dinner. Principessa Restaurant is located in the heart of the Venetian lagoon, in one of the liveliest areas of the city of Venice.
It is situated within walking distance of famous attractions such as St. Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Bridge of Sighs and the pavilions of the Venice Biennale. The restaurant offers to its guests a varied menu which includes typical Venetian and Italian dishes, as well as international specialties.
The restaurant boasts an enchanting terrace ideal for dining outdoors and for those who want to enjoy the stunning atmosphere of the city and the unique view over San Giorgio Island and the church of Santa Maria della Salute.
