SIGNATURE GRAND CANAL SUITE
Our 70-square-metre Signature Suite, looking out onto the Grand Canal, is located on the main floor of the sixteenth-century building. The high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows offer our guests a dream-like experience that stretches far beyond the confines of more traditional hospitality.

THE RESTAURANT
Elegant and refined, The Restaurant is a luxurious gastronomic retreat, and the favourite fine-dining rendezvous for both local Venetians and hotel guests. Our carefully created menus offer both the most contemporary dishes and flavours, and an older, more traditional Italian cuisine, embedded deep within Italy’s rich history and culture.

The stunning ‘show kitchen’ allows diners to interact with the chef and watch these spectacular dishes come together. Or just sit back and enjoy a mouth-watering meal surrounded by a gallery of chandeliers made of the famous Murano glass.

THE LOUNGE
The Krug Champagne Lounge is the perfect place for those who seek both privacy and a cosy atmosphere to relax in, while also enjoying the breathtaking, ever-changing view of the Grand Canal.

The Lounge, situated in the 16th century wing and opened in partnership with the illustrious Maison Krug, is only the second Krug Lounge in the world (after the one in São Paulo).

It is a fabulous space for our guests to enjoy some informal, relaxed refinement, savouring the Maison’s champagne against an almost surreally beautiful backdrop of the Grand Canal, and the palaces of Ca’ Foscari, Ca’ Rezzonico and Palazzo Contarini that line it.

THE TERRACE
A secret oasis of peace hidden in the heart of Venice, The Terrace offers one of the most breathtaking views over the rooftops of the City. During Summer it becomes an outdoor extension of The Restaurant, where guests can relax and enjoy a calm breakfast or dinner, a relaxed brunch or a cooling cocktail, surrounded by luxurious plants, with a refined music selection.

EVENTS
At midnight, when Venice removes its mask and reveals its secret face, The Restaurant becomes the beating heart of Palazzina Grassi and turns into The Club; an exclusive concept-space opened only to VIP guests.

MARKET & COOKING EXPERIENCE
Do you want to be an authentic Venetian for a morning? Do not miss the opportunity to go food shopping with our Chef at the famous and picturesque Rialto Market; one of the oldest and most beautiful fish and grocery markets in Italy.

Choose the finest, freshest ingredients for some Venetian recipes that you will cook with the Chef when you get back at the hotel – of course, making an essential stop on the way back at a typical Venetian ‘bacaro’. Then sit back after your hard work and enjoy a fabulous meal, accompanied by a local wine selected by our sommelier.

MURANO GLASS SCHOOL
Murano is famous all over the world for its artistic glass and Palazzina will give you the opportunity to experience the thrill of glass processing firsthand.

“The Murano Glass School” is a unique proposal that generates from the exclusive collaboration between our hotel and Vetreria Venier: once you arrive on the island with a private boat, you will experience the particularity of the tradition of the art of glass, directly in the largest and most equipped furnace in Murano.

The Master Glassmaker will guide you in making a glass object that you can then keep as a memory of the experience. The excursion will end with a visit to the Venier Gallery staging the mastepieces that have made the history of Murano glass.
