Refuge de la Traye
Found in Méribel, in the heart of the Three Valleys, the Refuge de la Traye is the most authentic way to experience the Alps. Available to take over privately, guests will relish their total immersion in mountain life.

Elegantly decorated in an authentic Alpine style, the six rooms and suites come equipped with every modern comfort. The cosy sitting room with its inviting fireplace is the ideal place to relax in with friends and family.

The Chef at the Table de Traye will prepare renowned Savoyard specialties made from organic local ingredients. Le Refuge also offers a multitude of activities for guests of all ages, in addition to the spa which has a sauna, hammam and jacuzzi.

The Refuge de la Traye employs a dedicated team of nine people, who ensure every moment of the stay is memorable.

The year 2021 marks the beginning of a new era for Les Airelles. A hotel complex composed of three new exceptional chalets
Located a few steps from the hotel, this complex of three chalets with 19 rooms is distinguished by its wood and stone decor. Just a stone’s throw from the slopes, with privileged access to the largest ski area in the world, the chalets offer a panoramic view of the snow-covered summit of the Saulire with their warm and intimate atmosphere.

Each corner of these real cocoons has been meticulously imagined and designed for an intimate gathering with family or friends.

Just like at home, the crackling fire in the fireplace invites you to share moments, where history is written and lived. It is even possible to go from one chalet to another without having to go outside… a passageway hidden from view links the chalets together.

The Apartment
In a hotel filled with sumptuous Suites, the private apartment is the most prestigious of them all. Located on the fourth and last floor, it has views across the snow-capped mountains, which can be admired from around a sumptuous fireplace.

The décor in this spacious four-bedroom suite is dramatically glamorous and imbued with wonderful touches of the past.

Its extraordinary design includes incredible ornaments, engraved eucalyptus woodwork and hand-painted furniture, and the result is a blend of Alpine chalet and nineteenth century Austro-Hungarian castle.

Each bedroom has a large balcony to admire the mountains from, a dressing room and a bathroom with a private hammam, a walk-in shower and a bath.  Indulge your every desire in the private mosaic-filled spa that comes with a waterfall, a sauna, a sensory shower and an ice fountain.

The private screening room allows guests to watch a range of films on the big screen from the comfort of the suite, while the children’s playroom will delight any youngsters or enjoy the reading corner.

Lie back in a private hot tub, which is found on the panoramic 150m2 terrace,  and admire the slopes in a swimming costume. An exceptional experience made even better by the attentions of a dedicated butler and exclusive services.

The Gentiane Suite
Located in the west-facing façade of the hotel, this plush suite has views over the Jardin Alpin and consists of two bedrooms and a luxurious junior suite. Admire the panoramic setting from the balcony, or from the comfortable beds.

Piero TT
Immersed in two universes which are brought together with style, Piero TT transports food-lovers to a place of wonder. The menu is created by chef Pierre Gagnaire alongside Riccardo Valore. A subtle blend of wood and velvet, the decor is the perfect mix of the rich traditions of the past and the pleasures of modernity.

Equally, the alliance between French and Italian gastronomy is delightful, and will leave you wanting to indulge even further. Enjoy these epicurean pleasures by the crackling fire.

La Table des Airelles
Bringing together two talented chefs, Giovanni Amato and Elena Mosetti, La Table des Airelles is all about pure indulgence in a warm setting. Refined French cuisine, enhanced by organic local ingredients.

At breakfast, french pastries baked on site by the in-house boulangerie, breads, fresh fruits and saled buffet. Every ingredient is selected with care for a delicious morning.

At lunchtime each day, La Table des Airelles is transformed into a feast worthy of the name. Shellfish and crustaceans, meat and poultry cooked in the Palace rotisserie, an Italian buffet, and not forgetting the dessert feast. A unique experience where taste buds awaken.

This is food that is designed to be admired and appreciated in equal measure. The chef reveals all his talents at the Rotisserie. Each evening the Airelles chooses a new theme for the restaurant. As a result, there is a wonderfully festive atmosphere at all times.

This is food with a view – On sunny days, Le Festin is found on the terrace of Les Airelles, overlooking the Jardin Alpin under the bright Courchevel sun.

Le Coin Savoyard
Amid the many “carnotzet” and restaurants of the area, Le Coin Savoyard is famous among wine and food lovers for serving only the very best.

With a focus on regional specialities, it is particularly well known for its fondue, raclette, soufflés and Aravis salad – which is a beloved dish in the Savoyard that the team recreates with the utmost care and attention.

Everything is designed to be shared and loved. Each ingredient is chosen with care from the best producers in the region. Fresh and fruity desserts  bring a touch of gourmet colour to the table.

Restaurants on the slopes
Three high-altitude restaurants are waiting to be discovered on the Courchevel slopes, guaranteeing a memorable culinary experience – or even a quick gourmet snack.

The Chalet de Pierres serves delicious Savoyard cuisine at the summit of the Verdons. Using the products and knowledge of local producers, it offers a menu filled with savoury and sweet specialties.

The restaurant serves exquisite sashimi, sushi and signature dishes such as succulent Wagyu beef and Otoro tuna, as well as a range of warming ramen dishes. Every dish is imbued with a strong sense of its locale, focusing on the finest ingredients available.

La Folie Douce is a must-do for anyone hoping to get a glimpse of Courchevel’s wild side. A local institution, it welcomes its guests at Fruitière – a fabulous altitude restaurant where delicious dishes are served while you enjoy the world-class cabaret.

The Bar
Clever cocktails, jazz and tapas to share are waiting for you at the Airelles bar. With delicious flavours to be savoured and a warm atmosphere, there is no better way to relax.

The afternoon is the perfect time to make the most of the Airelles tea, which is enjoyed around a roaring fire. This cosy moment is made even lovelier thanks to a buffet of cakes and pastries prepared by chef Éléna Mosetti.

Mixologists invite guests into their private, imagination-filled world, where they create cocktails filled with subtle flavours and a surprising mixed of ingredients. Under the cool notes of live jazz, enjoy a cocktail by some of the region’s most talented mixologists, or a rare, vintage spirit.

Each Thursday, the barmen will wheel around their cocktail trolley and prepare sophisticated creations in front of the guests to be savoured accompaniedby delicious savoury snacks from the new tapas menu.

The Smokehouse
A throwback to the renowned 19th century gentlemen’s clubs, the smoking room welcomes guests wishing to relax with a cigar or a vintage spirit. Connoisseurs of exceptional cigars and spirits will relish the warm, inviting atmosphere and the intimacy it provides.

La Mer Spa

NORDIC SKI

SLEDDING BY NIGHT
It’s hard not to feel joyful when you’re hurtling down the mountain in a sledge. We suggest taking a snowmobile up and a sledge down for maximum fun and minimum fuss.

DOGSLEDDING

THE AIRELLES HORSE-DRAWN CARRIAGE
Explore the village and stroll through the illuminated streets of Courchevel – but stay warm under a cashmere blanket by taking the Hermès horse-drawn carriage that has been specifically designed for Airelles, along with two coachman, to guarantee a wonderfully memorable experience.

The Children’s kingdom
