Built in 2007, the Hotel Les Suites Maison Bouvier is the first 5-star hotel in Tignes. Gathering 24 modular suites, the Hotel “Les Suites” has several room types, from 25 to 75m², all accessible to people with reduced mobility.
In addition, it’s not just our rooms that are XXL. Our services also see things in on a larger scale! Indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, gym, hairdresser and a Spa area can be found within the hotel. As for catering, La Maison Bouvier offers several options.
It is made of 24 modular suites between 25 and 75 square meter and some of them are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Historically named Les Suites du Nevada, it changes its name and visual identity to become the Hotel Les Suites.

DECORATION
Catherine Bouvier, professional and passionate about interior design, match fabrics and materials like the Chef does with the local products: with an omnipresent passion for the high mountains, with care and discretion.
Catherine, for example, restyles the hotel’s rooms one by one, with taste and refinement, ingeniously combining regional crafts and contemporary art. For tips, find her every night at the hotel, or in her Là-Haut boutique.
Because up there, on the glacier of the Grande Motte at more than 3 000 meters of altitude, in the middle of the restaurant Le Panoramic, she opened in December 2013 a small mountain decoration shop which is not less the highest in Europe!
URSUS RESTAURANT
URSUS is the big novelty of this year for Maison Bouvier, Clément will be the chef of this restaurant. It replaces La Table en Montagne which had 25 tables and 90 seats. Today it offers 12 tables and 45 seats, with the desire to deliver a gourmet cuisine.
The project’s birth by Clément Bouvier: “I love going for a walk in the forest to pick my own food. It is also during one walk that I came this little crazy idea… Sharing this pleasure with others. And since I could not bring everyone with me during my walks, I decided to bring the forest back to them! It is this concept that gave me the idea of URSUS as the name of the restaurant! Indeed, URSUS refers to the last breed of brown bear in Savoy, the Ursus Arctos.“
URSUS is the desire to offer a unique experience in the heart of the forest. All means will be used to dive restaurant guests in a forest. Every detail is carefully decorated with no less than 380 trees!
A year and a half later, the reward for this bold bet is at the rendezvous. Thanks to its authentic and mastered cuisine, in a captivating and intimate setting, Clément Bouvier and his teams win the first Michelin star for the URSUS restaurant
THE WHITNEY BAR
Cosy, chic and hip, the Whitney Bar is a contemporary alpine bar where one can sample carefully selected wines whilst indulging in sweet and savoury specialities created by Jean-Michel Bouvier from regional produce.
The Whitney Bar is a unique place to enjoy great food and spend time relaxing with friends. It is the perfect location for an afternoon snack, for après-ski or an early-evening drink before dining in the adjoining Ursus restaurant or before setting out to enjoy some of the famous evening entertainment Tignes Val Claret has to offer.
It is impossible to resist curling up on the soft sofas in front of the immense log fire. Made entirely of metal, the fire place is an architectural creation designed by René Broissand, the sculptor from Annecy.
PANORAMIC 3032
Welcome to the Panoramic at 3032 metres altitude on the Grande Motte glacier in Tignes. It was in this unique high-mountain playground that, to the delight of food lovers, Jean-Michel Bouvier set up his restaurant in the autumn of 2011.
Each day, the chef concocts a lunch special to be savoured whilst soaking up the breathtaking 360° panoramic view. Accessible on skis or on foot (via the funicular), it is the legendary spot in the Tignes – Val d’Isère Espace Killy ski area. Ski suit required!
With 3 different timings and 3 different options, there is something for everyone: to discover very high menus. Located in the heart of our altitude restaurant Le Panoramic at 3032 meters, our shop Là-Haut is a unique place in which you can find various decorative objects.
Here everything is done with love. If Jean-Michel and Clément Bouvier express themselves on your plates, Catherine lets go of her creativity and her love for the interior design with a large choice of objects proposed in our Là-Haut shop.
The shop itself was designed so Catherine could share her passion for interior design. Each piece is carefully chosen and exhibited by Catherine Bouvier. Plaids, sculptures, Opinels, jewels or even glass fir trees, you will find very likely the souvenir or the ideal gift.
LA TABLE DE JEANNE
As you may know, La Maison Bouvier is above all a family story. It is also from our family that comes the name of the restaurant La Table de Jeanne. Jeanne is a tribute to Jean-Michel Bouvier‘s grandmother.
She was a cook in the middle-class houses of Chambéry. As a child, during the weekends, he loved to meet her in her kitchen and to learn her gourmet cuisine. It is this cuisine that he intends to offer to the customers of Table Jeanne.
La Table de Jeanne propose a farmhouse cuisine and a table organized around local products, to propose a table that brings people together. Everything is done to immerse you in the atmosphere.
Whether our tables, our chairs or our dishes, everything comes from flea markets in the region. Everything is recycled to create a unique atmosphere. In addition, even the kitchen have been designed to contribute to the harmony of the restaurant.
It is open to the restaurant room and we offer dishes directly served in our pans and casseroles. From the plate to the decoration, everything is done to make you feel “at home”.

JOANNA, a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher for over 9 years, will help you discover the benefits such as living better and more freely. During your stay, Joanna will adapt to all levels of practice, as well as to the time of the day and the location.
JULIE, a mid-mountain guide, will accompany you on breathtaking hikes. You will have the privilege of marvelling at the beautiful spectacles that nature offers us and of immersing yourself in the present energies while strengthening and toning your body.
