THE ROOMS
The rooms are all different, tailored for relaxation in a warm atmosphere. Each room offers a unique feeling with warm and natural colors with wooden furniture. The bathrooms are all made with granite and natural stone.
COCOON ROOMS
The turquoise blue and turquoise green rooms are both under the roof and are reached by taking a stone staircase. Both attic rooms are cosy and have an open bathroom with a freestanding bathtub (toilets are of course separate). Very bright, one as a view on the manor and the other one on the fields and the church.
CLASSIC ROOMS
The linden green room, on the first floor of the house, has an oak desk and is accessible for disabled persons. The room has a bathroom with a granite Italian shower and a south-facing private terrace.
The romantic pink room offers a view on the fields. It is a room with soft colors and light furniture which create a relaxing atmosphere. The room has a bathroom with Italian shower.
The honey orange room offers a view on the terrace and has a big oak desk and a bathroom with Italian shower. The mimosa yellow room invites you to laziness with its meridian, or to writing with its desk corner, under one of the roof trusses. The room has a bathroom with Italian shower and offers a view on the manor.
The open bathroom of the cotton room gives you a glimpse of the bathtub and the huge Italian shower which is hidden behind the vintage basin (toilets are separate). The natural colors of the room allows you to rest.
More modern, the fuchsia room welcomes you into a warm and contemporary atmosphere with a view on the fields and a bathroom with Italian shower.
The Havana room with its butterfly armchair and its vintage leather deck chair is an invitation to relaxation. The room offers a view on the fields and has a bathroom with Italian shower.
SUITES
To reach the spacious bedroom of the marine blue suite, you have to walk through the lounge. Very bright thanks to its three dormer windows with a view on the manor, the suite has a separate bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets.
The pale green suite has a salon-bureau you have to walk through to reach the spacious and cosy bedroom. The bathroom with a bathtub offers a view on the fields and the bedroom offers a view on the manor.
THE CHEF’S TABLE
Our chef, Jordan, is delighted to cook creative gourmet and seasonal cuisine for you. The table is open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday evenings and holiday eve, and all evenings (except Tuesday) in July and August. The table must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. The restaurant is accessible to handicaped guests.
THE TABLE
With our Chef, Jordan, you will discover seasonal and creative gourmet cuisine in a warm and modern atmosphere. He develops his cuisine around seasonal products to delight the eyes and taste buds of her guests.
The pleasure of enjoying a friendly setting, gathering around the table to share authentic dishes, plunging back into memories and being welcomed as a friend’s. The philosophy of the kitchen is similar to the spirit of the Manor, a spirit that can be summed up in one word: “simplicity”.
Behind that word, there is a high demand of the « quality of the products” and “short circuits”. These two criteria are the basis of a good table: “what interests us is the taste.”
There is only one menu, the menu of the day, which reflects changes of the market moods and revolves around a starter, a main course, a cheese plate and a dessert. Slide your feet under the table, and let us “pamper you” over a delicious meal made just for you…
THE CHEF
Since he was a child, Jordan likes to go the the market on Saturday mornings with his father. Then, he spends the day cooking everything he bought in the morning : Beef bourguignon, stews and other French traditional meals…
The market is where Jordan draws his inspiration from, where he discovers, tries, transforms and develops his creativity. A traineeship at the age of 15 allows him to discover the art of cooking, it is an epiphany : he applies to the CFA (formation center for trainees) and gets trained in cooking for 4 years.
Then, he takes his first steps as a cook at the Origine (a Michelin-star restaurant in Rouen) for one year and at the Hostellerie d’Acquigny for two years, where he ends us as Chef Éric Georget’s sous chef.
Jordan’s cooking is above all seasonal, creative and gourmet. His inspiration? He draws it from his travels, his culinary readings and through many culinary blogs. Following the seasons and with simple and fresh products, Jordan elaborates menus in which local and harvest products combine for his guests’ pleasure.

Across the zen area, you will find two unique and stylish design cabins featuring a steam bath from SweetSpa and a heat bath from SweetSauna, which invite you to experience wellness with soft and relaxing sensations. A shower with light therapy and music therapy completes the experience by heightening your senses.
For complete well-being, enjoy a relaxing time in the hands of our beautician, in the treatment room specially equipped to contribute to a smooth and relaxing moment. These are only offered on reservation and upon availability.

REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT
Thanks to a technique of digital pressures on areas corresponding to each of your organs. The reflexology brings a deep relaxation. It repairs and activates the natural functions of regulation of the body.
Our reflexologist, Laurie, offers you to discover reflexology through two types of care:
- A reflexology treatment based solely on plantar reflexology: Each session begins with a few minutes interview, during which the person exposed to the reflexologist his health and expectations. The reflexologist proposes a protocol of care of relaxation or stimulation according to the needs of the person. After 30 to 45 minutes of care, the session ends with a time of exchange on the feelings of the person allowing him to calmly resume his spirits.
- A “reflex relaxation massage”: Facial and cranial reflexology, combined with plantar reflexology. This is a reflex relaxation and stimulation technique that involves exerting pressure on specific points of the face, skull and feet. It aims to relieve pain and tension and can relieve many stress-related disorders.
Reflexology has some contraindications that it is important to respect. Our reflexologist will not be able to take you in session in case of thrombosis, phlebitis, or during the first trimester of pregnancy
ACTIVITIES ON SITE
The countryside and surrounding forests are an invitation to long walks or cycling tours. We have developed walking tours we would be happy to recommend and share with you.
A collection of magazines, books, and travel guides are available in the large book shelf of the living room; comfortably seated in sofas, you can settle down and relax with a good cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the warmth of the fire. Board games are also available for long winter evenings.
PICNIC LUNCH
The restaurant is open only in the evening. However, we are happy to prepare picnic baskets made with organic salad, organic spreads, organic chips, fresh fruit and local Normandy shortbread.
EVENTS
Our two communicating conference rooms, and the restaurant will allow you to organize friendly private or business events. The estate and its eleven rooms can also be used for private events.

Looking for a place to organize a family reunion? Celebrating an event with a group of friends?
The two conference rooms (of 38 and 22 square meters) of the Manoir de Surville, which can accommodate forty people, are available to organize your event in a professional and friendly way.
The whole hotel and its eleven rooms can also be used for private events: a perfect moment of happiness to share with your families or friends… in a unique place. With our Chef we will listen to your wishes and desires so that your event reflect the atmosphere you wish
