Masseria Marzalossa is an ancient historic residence, in the heart of Puglia, in Fasano, dating back to the 17th century and belonging to the Guarini family who live there and still manage it today. Restored with great attention to detail, the masseria is a unique place to relax and unwind in the unspoiled nature among centuries- old olive trees and ancient stone walls.

Here, wherever you look, you can experience the magic of Puglia : you can swim and relax by the pool , created in the ancient lemon house, you can let yourself be massaged under an olive tree, participate in a yoga practice, take a ride on a bicycle or on horseback. In summer, the trees offer pleasant and cool shade to enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the garden.

The flavors mix with the magic of the large outdoor spaces of the Masseria and the sound of the leaves and the sun as soon as you wake up. The Viantica Restaurant will be ready to please the palates of our guests, even those who do not stay in the Masseria. You will be able to try the flavors of Puglia in every dish served, for a unique and suggestive food experience.

The Masseria has 12 finely furnished rooms, divided into junior suites, suites and deluxe suites. Ours are refined and quiet spaces, where you can spend your holidays in Puglia. Upon awakening, after a pleasant night, it is a new day that begins with a breakfast prepared with typical local products, some of which are directly picked from the garden.

MASTER SUITE
The Master Suite is the oldest room in the entire farm, entering inside you will be transported to a distant time, a museum enclosed in ancient walls. Particularly large and comfortable, there will be no lack of modern comforts: with flat screen TV, air conditioning, mini bar, tea and coffee corner and heating.

It boasts large spaces (150 square meters) and refined furnishings in style with the farm, in fact it is the original residence of the landowners, still steeped in history, works and period furniture.

SUITE
Elegant and spacious suite with double bed or four-poster bed. It is furnished in a very cozy rustic style. They consist of two separate rooms, a living area with the possibility of adding a third / fourth bed. Equipped with desk, flat screen TV, air conditioning, minibar, tea and coffee corner and heating. The bathroom is spacious, equipped with a shower cabin, hairdryer, courtesy set, slippers and shower towel. Some suites enjoy an outdoor patio.

JUNIOR SUITE
Elegant and spacious junior suites with double bed. They are furnished in a refined and romantic style. They consist of a single large open space with a living area. Equipped with desk, flat screen TV, air conditioning, minibar, tea and coffee corner and heating.

The bathroom is spacious, equipped with a shower cabin, hairdryer, courtesy set, slippers and shower towel. Some Junior Suites enjoy a private patio with independent entrance on the garden side.

GLAMOROUS CAMPING
Halfway between a traditional camping in contact with nature and a comfortable stay in a masseria, is our green tourism proposal, glamping. Glamping is a different and glamorous way of traveling that combines comfort services such as linen, soft beds, furniture, bathroom with the beauty of experiencing the nature of the farm even more intimately.

The word Glamping was used for the first time in 2005 in England and is the union of two terms: glamor + camping. It indicates a new way of conceiving green holidays, like in a traditional campsite thanks to the use of tents, but they are embellished with comfortable and luxurious services.

It was born in the hot countries of Africa and Australia and then spread everywhere even in cold countries such as Scandinavia and Switzerland and had the aim of giving the traveler a unique experience between nature and comfort.

The Apulian farms represent tradition, historic homes with a timeless charm. They have survived time and have adapted beautifully to the present. In uncontaminated nature, under imposing centuries-old olive trees, Masseria Marzalossa pays homage to the guest by giving him even more the experience of living Puglia and he does it through glamping.

TASTING TOUR
From sunset until dinner. A tasting journey that starts from the bar room, where we will offer you refined cocktails expertly made with raw materials from our garden, up to accompany you by the pool or on the terrace for a revisited and refined aperitif. Dinner time awaits you: enter the ancient courtyard for an à la carte dinner with the proposals of our chef.

APERITIF
By the pool, on the terrace, or under the olive trees. In Masseria there are many places to set your happy hour , to rediscover the traditional aperitif moment by experimenting with the chef’s proposals, such as the cold cuts and cheeses drying rack to evoke the clothes hanging in the wind in the alleys of our Puglia.

DINNER IN THE CITRUS GROVE
