ROOMS
The rooms and interiors are light and airy. Designed for comfort and furnished with an intriguing mix of period and “modern classic”designer pieces, 20th century photographs, prints, paintings and objets d’art.
Pastis has ten beautiful double guest rooms of varying size and outlook. Some sea view and others in the garden with views of the pool.
All equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Each room has its own outside space, a patio, balcony or terrace. Spacious bathrooms with lots of room for your wash bags and cosmetics.
COSY ROOMS
Although well sized by French Hotel standards, these are our two smallest rooms at 21 square metres. They have all the same features as the larger rooms such as double sinks, outdoor space and super large comfy beds so it’s no surprise that their lower price makes them very popular.
POOLSIDE ROOMS
These garden rooms have easy access to the pool and are similar sizes 29 and 30 square metres. But apart from that they differ quite a lot. Room 7 can sleep a young family. Whereas Room 6 is a spacious double room for a couple or two friends.
SEAVIEW ROOMS
All three sea view rooms are situated in the main house and have views of the sea on the street side of the building and balconies to seat two on the pool side.
Generous in size, 35, 40 and 44 square meters, these rooms have Miesvan der Rohe day beds that can convert into extra beds when booked in advance. They also have plenty of space for a baby cot.
GRAND TERRACE ROOMS
Three large and airy rooms with beautiful private terraces overlooking the pool and garden. The perfect space to get away from it all, lounge around, read a book or partake in an aperitif with friends before dinner.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served on the terrace, in the bar or veranda from 8.00am until 11.00 am. The MENU offers a wide choice of hot and cold dishes freshly prepared and cooked to order. Ham, eggs, bacon, smoked salmon, pastries, cereals, cheese, avocado, fresh fruits, organic jams, honey and more.
Only the PASTIS BREAKFAST can be served to your room and consists of freshly squeezed orange juice, natural yogurt, fresh fruit, a basket of pastries and croissant, organic jams, honey, butter and coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
Gluten free products, soya, almond and rice milks are available most of the time, but it is best to let us know your requirements in advance.
LUNCH
A light lunch menu is available from the bar for guests wishing to “stay home” and enjoy the pool. Simple salads, fruit plates and the PASTIS Club sandwich will more than fill the gap until dinnertime and the bar is open all day with everything available, from water to Champagne and afternoon tea.
DINNER

A seasonal market menu, local specialities, bright Mediterranean flavours and the best of British classics from our English head chef, Nicholas Essex. A tasty and colourful cuisine reflecting our love of French food and our British origins.
