The gastronomy at Puyuhuapi Lodge & SPA stands out for the fine preparations with fresh products from the fjords of Patagonia in perfect fusion and balance with ingredients from our territory, which remind us of the traditional cuisine of the fjords of southern Chile and the mediterranean cuisine.
We offer at lunch and dinner an exquisite menu, with two alternatives for the starter, main course and desserts, which change day by day and which delicately combine aromas, flavors, textures and colors, to be accompanied by a fine selection of Chilean wines.
At Puyuhuapi Lodge & SPA we take care of every detail: we also grow vegetables and herbs in our own greenhouse, and we use local and seasonal products in our preparations, to deliver the best gastronomic experience to our visitors … south of silence.
HOT SPRINGS
The Puyuhuapi Lodge Spa is a privileged space where sea, waterfall and thermal waters converge. It has large windows that offer a panoramic view of the fjord and the snow-capped peaks of the Andes Mountains to enjoy a comfortable swim in the southern landscape.
In order to achieve a more playful environment that invites rest and relaxation, we incorporate hydromassage elements such as jets and waterfalls and a cold stone shower. Also enjoy the massages and therapies that you can find in this warm place.
In addition, we have 3 outdoor pools on the shores of the fjord that give the possibility of immersing yourself in a replenishing thermal bath or revitalizing sea bath, enjoying nights under the stars or a soft southern rain in the middle of a moving landscape.

QUEULAT NATIONAL PARK
Located at 44º 22 ‘south latitude and 72º 25’ west longitude, the Queulat National Park is located on the Carretera Austral, Aysén Region.
The Ventisquero Colgante sector is just 15 minutes from the Puyuhuapi Lodge & SPA jetty, on the western slope of the Andes Mountains. Its highest summit is the Alto Nevado hill, 2,255 meters above sea level, from which the impressive Hanging Snowdrift rises.
In its surface of more than 154 thousand hectares, many of which still remain unexplored, it is possible to find an extraordinary environment with virgin forest, fjords, channels, glaciers and ice fields.
Its rocky slopes, deep and steep valleys and impressive snow-capped mountains and snowdrifts, show the vestiges of glaciations that occurred miles of years ago.
The flora and fauna are very rich. In its evergreen forest vegetation there are coigües, tepas, lumas, arrayanes, tineos, mañíos, cinnamon, ciruelillos and a grove of forest with a great variety of ferns, coicopihues, orchids, vines, quilas, chilcos (magellánica fuchsia) and huge nalcas.
There is a diverse bird fauna, with species such as the black woodpecker, hummingbird, pigeon, bustards, the hued-hued, the cachaña, the kingfisher, different varieties of ducks and the chucao.
They also inhabit pudúes, which are the smallest deer in the world; culpeo fox, puma, wink. In addition, in the waters of the Queulat fjord and the Seno Puyuhuapi it is possible to see dolphins, sea lions and a great variety of sea birds, such as herons and the beautiful black-necked swans, among others.

Also known as the Puyuhuapi Hot Springs, our lodge perfectly combines disconnection, adventure and well-being. SUSTAINABILITY
At Puyuhuapi Lodge, it is a constant concern to protect the environment and the nature that surrounds us.
Being consistent and sustainable in our environment is a fundamental part of our daily life and proposal, contributing, with transversal guidelines, to the recovery of the social and environmental fabric of this piece of southern territory.
Energy: Our waters give us life. Thermal water provides us with heating and hot water in the rooms, while waterfall water provides us with drinking water and electricity through turbines that provide a high percentage of our annual consumption.
Sewage treatment plant: It allows us to return our wastewater in a clean way, in accordance with the regulations and the naturalness of the springs that, circularly, provide us with this resource.
We support the local economy: 90% of the Lodge’s supply purchases occur in the region. On the other hand, in our souvenir, 40% of the products we offer are from local producers.
We recycle: Cans, cardboard, plastic, tetrapack and glass bottles. For this and other measures that you can discover in our lodge, we have the sustainability seal granted by SERNATUR since 2014.
