The tatami corridor leading from the entrance leads to the Japanese-style room between the two rooms as if it symbolizes a calm time.

When you open the shoji screen, the fresh green trees and moss, and the changing facial expressions mark a calm time, and the view of the garden is exceptionally beautiful. Homma is designated as a game room for Go masters and shogi, and has a calm personality.

It is a sukiya-style room with a neat balance. The open-air bath, which has the image of an exotic Bali, invites you to an extraordinary life by turning the Japanese space around.

With a good view, the spacious two-room room has a refreshing breeze. In the back garden, the private open-air bath is filled with hot water, so you can enjoy your private relaxation.

Dining
The time and space of food that resonates, the taste of delicious sophistication. Atami Sekitei’s kaiseki cuisine , which carefully selects fresh local seafood and combines innovative techniques while inheriting the long-established tradition.

The stone pavement leads to a space of 230 tsubo where Japanese tradition and modern sensibility resonate. Tonight’s food concert begins in a calm atrium hall that is surrounded by the moonlight.

In the main dining hall, where open and elegant time flows, smiley conversations will be heard comfortably at each table. Atami Sekitei’s new dining style begins here.

The 11 large and small private rooms, where you can enjoy your meal time privately, have different tastes, and you can even enjoy the space every time you visit.

You can spend a luxurious time with carefully selected single-plate dining table, kaiseki cuisine delivered at the perfect timing, and conversation. We also have a luxurious separate room for relatives and parties.

Surrounded by mountains, abundant blessings that spread to the sea.
Surrounded by mountains and spreading out over the sea, Atami is blessed with fresh mountain seafood, and the taste of the season is exceptionally vivid. Wild wild plants and mushrooms, nourishing local vegetables.

The chef himself carefully selects sea bream, abalone and other fish and shellfish landed from the local Sagami Bay. There are also abundant fruits such as strawberries and tangerines.

These fresh ingredients are carefully crafted one by one with the skill of a craftsman whose umami is most alive. We do not want you to eat this dish, but we want you to taste this ingredient and feel the taste and aroma of the season.

The side role that conveys the impression to the details of the meal is also the leading role.
If the ingredients are the main characters, the basic functions are the side effects, such as the impression of the moment you put it in your mouth and the taste that is slowly drawn out. In addition, natural spring water is one of the important things that enhances the taste of soup stock and tea.

Miso and soy sauce, which are indispensable seasonings for cooking, should be as additive-free as possible. The important thing is to stick to the side role. The desire to leave an impression on every detail of the meal creates the taste of Ishitei.

At the beginning of the day, breakfast is an important meal.
The seasoning is a little strong to appeal to the natural appetite. Gradually add more standard dishes such as omelet, ohitashi, and dried fish. We choose handmade tofu made with particular attention to the ingredients and water, and use miso and soy sauce with a natural taste that is as additive-free as possible.

Shinka is our homemade. We will devote ourselves to the plump and lustrous rice cooked in an Oribe ware kettle so that the carefully selected high-quality rice will stand out, and the important breakfast that influences the day. We also offer porridge that is kind to the body and Western food upon request.

With good sake.
On the front side of “Unju”, the liquor corners lined up on the wall are eye-catching. Delicious food and sake are a compliment to each other. You may be able to meet your favorite brands from Japanese and world sake such as sake, shochu, and wine, as well as abundant local sake. We can also make your favorite cocktail.
