Our stunning Junior Suites are full of character and offer comfortable loft style living. They are generously sized for a home away from home experience. The contemporary interior is composed of a designated living area and a sleeping area.
This ample space opens up to two balconies with views of the historic Ciutat Vella quarter, these views are almost unchanged since Pablo Picasso had his first studio at this location in the late 19th century.

FRESH INTERPRETATIONS
Chef Marc Gascons is a third-generation restauranteur and his establishment in Girona has garnered a loyal following, great success and recognition with a Michelin star.
His approach at Serras can be defined as fresh traditional cuisine, an informal style based on high quality Mediterranean produce in a creative reinterpretation of Catalan recipes. The menu features seasonal, local produce in dishes designed for sharing.
Among the dishes designed by Gascons are: honeyed potato gnocchi with butter sauce and truffle; charcoal grilled turbot with roasted leeks; grilled kid loin with herb oil and his traditional Catalan seafood rice.
An eclectic wine list features an impressive selection of great wines from individual local wineries together with more well-known vintages from Spain, France and all over the world.
ROOFTOP RESTAURANT
The Rooftop at Serras is a unique location on the sixth floor with spectacular views over the Marina Port Vell, Barceloneta, the traditional fishing quarter and beyond to the Mediterranean.
Fresh traditional Catalan cuisine is served for lunch and dinner with seasonal dishes created by our talented Michelin-starred Chef Marc Gascons.
The cocktail bar is open all day and is the place to be for aperitifs and on summer evenings when the Bar Manager mixes cocktails with his insider tips on the city. Relax with our DJ on summer weekends.
There is a plunge pool for a refreshing dip, an area for lounging and an informal terrace by the bar. Drinks and cocktails are served from this stunning bar by our talented Bar Manager, enjoy the views sipping a cocktail and sharing our local tapas by the pool.
LE NINE
Le Nine is our lounge bar on the mezzanine level open to the lobby and restaurant below. It has a relaxed atmosphere and is ideal for remote working, a business meeting or a drink before dinner.
This is the place to relax and discover more about Picasso from the library, to have an herbal tea after lunch or to enjoy a glass of chilled cava before going out for dinner. Always open, this space is an extension of your guestroom, a lounge for you to just sit and enjoy your time at Serras.
LOUNGE BAR
The Bar is open throughout the day serving from morning coffee through to cocktails and after dinner drinks. The ambience changes according to the time of day with music and lighting setting the scene. Le Nine is open daily 24 hours a day.

The venue is available year-round and has heating and cooling facilities. The Rooftop can be restricted to exclusive access and adapted for al fresco dining for a maximum of 80 people.
EL PRIVADO
An intimate setting for a board meeting or informal brainstorm gathering as well as the perfect venue for a gastronomic experience.
Private lunches or dinners are organized with menus created by our Michelin Star Chef, Marc Gascons. The space has natural light, a private entrance, stylish furnishings and includes a large boardroom style table for up to 18 people.

CATHEDRAL
Barcelona´s Cathedral is the church of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia, the patron saint of the city. It is a jewel of the Gothic Architectural style, founded in the 13th century and completed in the 15th Century.
Highlights include The Cloister with its 13 resident geese, the 16th Century decorated Cathedral organ and the Saint Eulalia Crypt. The Cathedral is the heart of the Gothic Quarter set amongst winding narrow medieval streets only 700 metres from the hotel.
MARINA PORT VELL

EL BORN
El Born is an eclectic, artistic neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella (Old Town) of Barcelona. In medieval times it was home to the aristocracy and due to its proximity to the sea, a centre for trade. Santa Maria del Mar is a 14th Century Gothic style church well worth a visit.

BARCELONETA
La Barceloneta is the traditional fisherman´s quarter of the city, now known for its beaches, restaurants and nightclubs. Originally built in the 18th Century a boardwalk and seafront bars were added in the late 20th Century.
You can find some excellent fish and seafood restaurants and both traditional and contemporary bars throughout the neighbourhood. The beaches of Barceloneta are an easy 10-minute stroll from the hotel.
PASSEIG DE GRACIA
Passeig de Gracia is a stylish boulevard located in Barcelona´s Eixample area. An important shopping and business avenue it is also home to some of architect Antonio Gaudi´s most famous buildings and city landmarks, Casa Batllo and La Pedrera. Passeig de Gracia is just a short taxi ride from Serras.
LA RAMBLA
La Rambla, or Las Ramblas is a tree-lined boulevard connecting the sea to Plaça Catalunya at the heart of the old town.
Strolling down La Rambla is one if the city’s most iconic experiences: you will see fresh flower stalls, the Boqueria food market, the Liceu opera house, the Joan Miró mosaic and the Canaletes fountain as well as terraces, bars and shops along the way.
