THE RESTAURANT
Villa Grey Park is a new gastronomic and taste experience. Welcome to the private garden-park of Villa Grey, a place where relationships and emotions, together with the quality of the dishes created by the chef “Daniele Angelini”, combine to create a unique, personal, unforgettable experience.
The tables are positioned with a natural flow among the glass structures of a greenhouse with a splendid view, for moments of authentic immersion in the greenery.
Our kitchen works with 3 or 4 ingredients at a time, proposing them with different shapes, textures and ideas, playing with the taste and sensations you can achieve in this way. “Fresh and cooked”, contemporary classic cuisine, in which rigour and fun coexist in an almost entirely marine menu.
THE BATHHOUSE
Created at the same time as Villa Grey and a natural extension of the villa and La Dimora towards the sea, they bring our distinguishing style back to the beach. The tents, designed to satisfy the need for relaxation and intimacy even on the beach, are dedicated to our guests.
The various moments of the day will be accompanied by personalised proposals, whether a juice or an evening cocktail to be consumed in the dedicated area or in your own tent, or some dishes proposed by the kitchen, regional and honest, always attentive to the quality of the raw materials.
FORTE DEI MARMI
Villa Grey will entice you to pick up some little daily good habits: take your time reading a book in the cool of the private park, linger on the beach until late in the evening waiting for the sunset and sipping a cocktail in the tent, take a bike ride through the shopping streets of Forte Dei Marmi, relax with a light and tasty lunch on the beach.
The first of these good habits is of course breakfast, a moment of great intimacy, a morning ritual that you can enjoy outdoors or on the inside veranda, in an atmosphere rich in flavours and fragrances thanks to the buffet that offers a variety of sweet and savoury options able to satisfy the most demanding palates, pampering you during one of the most important moments of the day.
