Contemporary and refined, the Château de Pizay Duplex Suites combine design with functionality. These friendly suites have a double bedroom upstairs and offer a 4-star service.

“Confort” rooms “at Château de Pizay reflect the history of this timeless place. In a style reminiscent of the tower constructed in the 14th Century, the Confort rooms are equipped with antique furniture and reproduction floor tiling (or parquet for those on the first floor).

To start off the day on the right footing, Château de Pizay has a varied and delicious breakfast on offer. Either as a buffet downstairs or brought to your room without supplement, it allows you to enjoy savouries and pastries as soon as you wake up.
To reflect its 4-star service, the hotel provides a wide variety of delicacies to tickle your taste buds. Served in your room at no extra cost from 7:30am to 10:30am or 7:30am to 10am in the dining room, the Château de Pizay breakfast adapts to all your desires and needs.
Restaurant
Never have Baudelaire’s verses been more appropriate than at Château de Pizay. A refined interior, the geniality of a venue away from the bustle and crowds, the calm serenity of completely renovated dining rooms, the voluptuousness of a place where gastronomy is an art form and where the Chef is the worthy heir of the great masters of the region.
The gourmet restaurant area offers modern cuisine using some of the best produce in the region. To enhance the dishes, the Château has a remarkable selection of Beaujolais and Burgundy wines. In fine weather, meals are served outside in in the courtyard. It is a perfect setting for relaxation and conviviality.
Our gourmet restaurant has several dining rooms on the ground floor of the Château for private hire with “modernized” 17th Century décor. Open every night from 7pm to 9 pm, closed for lunch.
A friendly bar in your 4-star hotel
The large bar lounge at Château de Pizay is a friendly and warm 200 m² venue where you can relax with a drink or to eat a quick snack. In short, “Bar Lounge & Artists Gallery” is a true concept in Burgundy, where the art of hospitality comes into its own.
In fine weather, it is possible to sit in the outside courtyard. The lounge offers a gentle relaxing atmosphere. At any time, you can sip a cocktail, a glass of Château wine or some other treat.

Fun hydrotherapy pool
- Hydromassage platform: Air jets over the whole body.
- Lateral Jets: Air jets specific to the lower back, the abdomen and buttocks.
- External Jacuzzi jets: Air jet action aimed at the paraspinal and trapezius muscles.
- Internal Jacuzzi jets: Water jets aimed at the paraspinal and trapezius muscles.
- Volcanoes: Water jets that act on the feet
- Queue de Carpe And Col De Cygne: powerful water jets recommended for all areas of high tension: trapezius, paraspinal and abdominal muscles. Their use is recommended at the end of the hydrotherapy circuit after relaxation of the entire body.
Multisensory space
- Sauna: dry heat at 80°C. A towel (available at the entrance of the Aquasens area) should be placed between the bench and the skin to absorb sweat and protect the skin from the heat of the wood
- Hammam: steam room at 45°C. For both the Sauna and Hammam, several short sessions are recommended. Sauna and Hammam times should be adapted to your needs.
- Waterfall shower: Bucket of fresh water / Ice Fountain: Crushed ice / Cold Water Basin: 15 to 20°CFor use after the sauna, steam room and at any other time as you wish. They are ideal for cooling down the body temperature after prolonged exposure to heat.
- Experience Shower: sensory shower allowing you to free your spirit momentarily. Chromotherapy wakens the senses through the diffusion of different scents using various forms of diffusion.

The Hornbeam avenue
This large shaded avenue dating from the 19th century, is the place to welcome your guests for an aperitif or cocktail. The 17th Century garden was designed by landscape architect Le Nôtre and the yews are living topiary chess pieces.
The avenue leads to the French garden, an ideal place to take family photos and relax during the wedding. For guests wishing to arrive by air, we have a licensed heliport located below the garden (access conditions to be negotiated with the Château de Pizay).
You can also arrange for a fireworks display from the Château (fireworks requests also subject to specific conditions).
Wine Cellar
If the weather precludes an aperitif or cocktail in the Hornbeam avenue, the 19thCentury double-vaulted wine cellar is at your disposal. This place is still in use for maturing the Morgon crus that the Château produces on its 80 ha of vines.
The buffets for aperitif or cocktail are prepared in the first part of the, cellar, providing a fine view of the casks and oak barrels where our wines are maturing.
The Cuvage room
Dinner dances can take place in the Cuvage room. Covering an area of 500m², it accommodates up to 250 guests and has a dance floor. At the entrance, two wooden vats and 2 hundred-year old wine presses are reminders of what this building was used for in the Nineteenth and Twentieth centuries.
In this ground-floor room old-world charm and modernity complement each other with air conditioning, underfloor heating, dimmer switches, cloak room, 4×3 screen, video projector and toilet equipped for people with reduced mobility.
Disc jockey or band can make use of the 18 m² stage at the end of the hall. The Cuvage room is rented with its teak chairs and beige cushions and tables of different sizes.
