Ocean Front Suite
The Ocean Front Suite is right next to the beach, situated in what was once a private residence belonging to the Horlicks family. Offering breath taking views of the Caribbean Sea our Ocean Front Suite offers guests their own private patio boasting one of the finest sunset views in all of Saint Lucia.
This wonderful suite has the additional benefit of an open lounge to relax, meet fellow guests and share the view. The Ocean Front Suite comes with a luxurious king-sized bed as standard. Twin beds are available on request.
Food
Cuisine at East Winds is of the highest standard. We work closely with St Lucia producers to source the freshest local produce, whether that be fresh fish, such as Marlin or Swordfish, caught daily from our abundant seas, fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers or from our very own kitchen garden.
East Winds prides itself on our garden to plate ethos. Our Executive Chef carefully designs the most delicious of dishes selected from local Caribbean cuisine to well-known international dishes (including vegetarian options).
The main oceanfront restaurant is open for every meal. Breakfast and lunch are self-service, relaxed affairs with a table waiter available for drinks and extra desserts. Dinner is full silver service with an evening dress code of smart/casual with long trousers for gentleman.
Alternatively our thatched gazebos sit along the beachfront and are perfect for honeymoon couples or guests looking for a private romantic dining experience, for lunch or dinner.
Breakfast
Served from 7:30am – 10am daily.
Our breakfast buffet features a wide selection of fresh fruits, breads, pastries, cereals, cold cuts of meat, and homemade yogurt.
The highlight of every breakfast is Paula’s Corner where you may choose from an array of hot breakfast entrees prepared before your eyes in our open-air grill. We highly recommend starting your day with a glass of our “therapy” made from fresh fruits and vegetables every morning.
Lunch
Served from 12:30pm – 2:15pm daily.
Our buffet lunch offers a selection of salads, local vegetables, and fresh fruit to complement our Chef’s choice of fish and meat entrees each day. Our lunch menu features many Caribbean dishes as well as the opportunity to watch our Chefs prepare your food at our Sugar Pot Barbecue on various days throughout the week.
Dinner
Served from 7:30pm – 9:30pm daily.
Our four course Table D’hôte menu uses the freshest of ingredients, blending both International and Caribbean dishes to bring you a delicious evening feast.

Our boutique resort features several picture-perfect spots to catch up with an old friend, meet new friends, and share in the Saint Lucian hospitality of our local bartending team.

Market Garden
The East Winds Kitchen Garden was established in 2017 to stabilise the supply of organise fresh fruit and vegetables to the kitchen.
We rotate our crops through the year to supply the kitchen with fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables for guests and staff enjoyment. It is a wonderful opportunity for guests to visit a garden full of locally grown food and see the traditional farming methods used in St Lucia.
Gardens
Situated on 12 acres of tropical garden by the sea, East Winds is home to a cornucopia of vibrant plants, trees, and birdlife native to Saint Lucia. The 30 cottage-style rooms are conveniently positioned amongst the gardens, so guests can fully immerse themselves in the nature that surrounds them.
If you wish to explore the gardens in more details, our popular Tropical Gardens tours are offered twice weekly as part of our Exclusive Experiences. Guests will also find an “Illustrated Garden Guide” in each room for self-guided tours of the resort grounds as you please.
East Winds Garden Spa
The Philosophy behind the East Winds Garden Spa is to stay at one with nature. In our beautiful and ancient tropical garden, we grow many medicinal plants and herbs.
At East Winds, we care about the environment and avoid using any harsh chemicals on your skin, preferring instead to focus on natural organic treatments using ingredients from the environment around us to relax, rejuvenate and energise you. Both inside, and out.

The Garden Spa is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.
Please arrive at the Garden Spa 15 mins before your appointment to enjoy our special signature Spa tea made with Herbs and plants from our own garden. You will be asked to complete a spa consultation form before your treatment.
Make your appointment either at Reception or Julianna’s Boutique at least one day before your appointment. Walk in requests will be subject to availability. If you decide to cancel your treatment, let us know 24 hours in advance.

Pool
Our pool is close to the beach, restaurant and bars and surrounded by a stunning tropical garden. Renovated in September 2017 the pool is the perfect spot to relax, swim, watch hummingbirds go about their busy business and socialise with friends while making the most of the self-service swim up bar.
The pool remains at a very comfortable 28˚C all year round, with gentle steps into the pool and comfortable stools to sit and have a drink without ever leaving the water. And if you prefer to be served rather than help yourself, a drinks service goes on throughout the day to make sure you have everything you need.
Yoga & Pilates
We invite all of our guests to participate in our Yoga and Pilates classes offered four days each week (2 of each). Both are complimentary and take place in our Yoga Pavilion located at the foot of our walking trail, next to our Oceanfront Rooms. Our classes are tailored to suit a wide variety of skill levels.
There is no need to sign up in advance for our classes, simply check our Exclusive Experiences schedule for day and time.
Guests not wishing to partake in organized classes are welcome to use the pavilion for personal practice and meditation at all times As part of our Exclusive Experiences schedule, guests at East Winds will find our daily Yoga and Pilates classes (4 days per week), our hiking trail, and our open-air fitness area the perfect compliment to the relaxation of their holiday.
Eat Well
The food at East Winds has been designed with our guest’s wellness in mind. Vegetarian options are always available and are a highlight of our Table D’hôte dinner choices.
To start the day, guests can enjoy freshly prepared local juices every morning at breakfast and our Chef and his team are available to discuss and design menus based around any level of dietary needs.
Open Air Spa Pavilion
Visiting the spa at East Winds is neither about glitz nor glamour. Our Open Air Spa Pavilion exists to deliver personal and effective spa treatments in an atmosphere that can only be described as truly Caribbean.
Featuring two private treatment rooms, guests of our spa enjoy the soothing sounds of the gardens that surround them, and the cooling tropical breeze that glides over them during their treatment. Appointments may be booked in advance upon your arrival to the resort.
Weddings
East Winds offers couples a picture perfect, breathtaking backdrop to their special day. We specialize in exclusive, intimate, boutique sized weddings for a guest list of 2 to 72 people. Couples will receive support from our experienced team of staff to help you plan your special day.
