Rooftop Suite “Les Trois Rois”
This elegant and spacious art deco suite with 250 m² of living space is the very epitomy of elegant luxury: two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a cosy sitting room with a fireplace and two dining tables and a television and work space are all part of what it has to offer.
The exclusive atmosphere is palpable throughout the suite – through to the outdoor jacuzzi on the roof terrace, which offers fresh perspectives with its panorama view over the city and the Rhine.
River Suite Napoleon
Napoléon Bonaparte never actually spent a night here – but this luxuriously appointed, lime-green suite with a view over the Rhine is reminiscent of the state banquet held in his honour at the old inn in 1797.
The ceiling panel with its cloudy sky and the charming frescoes and stucco work transport you back to the Napoleonic era: It is in the corner salon in particular, with its painted medallions and gold-plated ornamentation, that you will be transported back in time (approx. 70 m²).

Be they French haute cuisine, newly interpreted with Mediterranean and Asian influences in the Cheval Blanc by Peter Knogl or Swiss and French brasserie specialities with ingredients fresh from the market in our Brasserie: Experience for yourself how wonderful and intense culinary delights can be.
Philosophy
Peter Knogl uses the finest ingredients and focusses on the taste of the product itself. His aim is to put the real taste of the product straightforward in the center of his creations.
This is how he enthuses his guests again and again, because, according to Knogl: “The greatest art in cooking is to ideally combine the ingredients and aromas while preserving the taste of the central product.”
Cuisine
French haute cuisine, reinterpreted with Mediterranean and Asian influences – the creations of Chef Peter Knogl and his team at Cheval Blanc are full of culinary surprises, always with a great sense of style and always remaining true to his style.
“Every dish on the menu has to convince completely. Every bite should be an experience”, explains Peter Knogl.

The Legend says that the Duchess of Bedford, a member of the court of Queen Victoria, invented the afternoon tea. To overcome the long break between Lunch and dinner the Duchess had served tea and pastries.

Basil Smash, Moscow Mule or Tommy’s Margarita are not only in high demand among the younger generation. At the bar mixing class our head bartender Adriano Volpe offers you a good look in his shaker.
In the basic course you learn how to shake and stir classical and modern drinks properly, which ingredients are essential in a home bar and what utensils you need for making the cocktails.
The Swiss champion of 2018 also offers you a glimpse into so-called liquid kitchen drinks and shows you how to prepare the perfect aperitif respectively favorite drink for our guests.

“The cocktail experience” is neither a course nor a conducted tasting – the best way to describe it is as an afternoon tea taken in the evening. Because the focus is on a whole range of small delicacies from the kitchen of Les Trois Rois, combined with excellent drinks.
Our guests set off with Thomas Huhn’s team on an incomparable two-hour journey of discovery through the history of cocktails and make the acquaintance of some personal creations and a few of our signature cocktails.
For one thing is clear: freshly prepared cocktails with a moderate level of alcohol can be a superb accompaniment to a meal – let us spoil you!
