There are no limits to your options. Choose breakfast à la carte the night before and a delicious meal, made mostly from local products, will be delivered to your room at the time requested.
So you can just remain relaxed in your cosy bathrobe as you start your day. Each suite also offers a high-end kitchen and you might even be tempted to postpone that restaurant visit to tomorrow.
All that matters is your own rhythm. FIREFLY provides you with the time and space to enjoy life. Our comfortable luxury suites range in size from 30 to 250 m² and can accommodate 2 to 12 guests.
On 6 December 2008, we finally realised our big dream: operating a hotel. The kind of place where we would gladly spend a holiday.
We have learned a lot from our years of previous travel experience, especially the things we wished to change, for example: tiny rooms, inconvenient breakfast hours, no way to throw together a quick omelette instead of going out for dinner. Feeling as independent and free in a hotel as we do at home: that was our ideal.
Our small luxury Hotel FIREFLY in Zermatt is full of personality and is exactly the kind of hotel we’ve always wanted to stay in. All that we still have to wish for is that you feel as comfortable here as we do: where you have everything you want or need and you can enjoy your freedom to do or not do whatever you like.
After all, you are on holiday. And so that your beloved pets don’t have to miss out, your dog, cat, or even mouse are also welcome at Hotel Firefly.
The elements of holiday

In the red fire-suites are warmly received. Entering one of the brown earth suites, you would immediately put your feet up. In the sunny yellow air suites breathe spontaneously.
And not only in the blue water suites can sometimes take a little longer, a stay in the bathroom. Noble granite, designer ceramics and fittings, plush towels, pampering fragrances – here is personal care the wellness program.
Skylight Loft
Zermatts largest suite with 250 sqm living space does not leave any wishes unfulfilled. Hand-picked design furnishings, private sauna, private access and breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. – For Families and groups of friends seeking that certain something.
This gem offers room for up to twelve guests. Opulent living area with state of the art luxury kitchen, long dining table, big lounges, large open fireplace and full window facade opening up onto a spacious south-facing balcony.

Chalet Suite
This suite meets even the highes expectations. Unobstructed views of the Matterhorn, alpine atmosphere and plenty of space for eigth guests. – For a large family or a group of friends. The roomy living area with its high wooden rooftop ceilings creates the feel of a luxurious mountain chalet with breathtaking views.
It features an open kitchen, a long dining table, comfy sofas and lounge chairs, an open fireplace and access to a large south-facing balcony. One master bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and ensuite bathroom.
Two more double bedrooms sharing a large bathroom with bathtub. A comfy mezzanine is home to an additional double bed plus bathroom with shower.

Bar55 is a stylish place for a cosy chat, hanging out with friends and family, playing a fun game of billiards, or even rocking a wild party! Events and parties are offered here on a regular basis.
Enjoy the crackling of the fire with a glass of wine or a extraordinary gin and tonic. For connoisseurs, we offer an exquisite selection of cigars in our Smokers & Whisky Lounge. For a perfect finish, we serve a finely aged whisky or a full-bodied cognac.

Or how about a relaxing treatment? Treat yourself and be pampered by one of our massage specialists, using only use natural products in our spa. Want to warm up first? You have your choice of a distiller sauna, a salt grotto, or a steam bath with daily changing aromas.
The brave then dare to cool down in the ice room. Afterwards, it’s time for the health food bar, offering fresh spring water, syrup, and fresh fruit. You can then finally rest in the adjacent conservatory. Large windows offer a clear view of the sky and mountains as you drift away into a lovely nap.

A LITTLE BIT OF HEAVEN IN ZERMATT
Those who travel to Zermatt are here to stay. Because there’s no through traffic. The village in Valais lies at the end of a valley and Switzerland’s greatest mountain is right at its doorstep. At 4,478 metres above sea level, the Matterhorn is the most photographed mountain in the world.
Since it was first climbed in 1865, the village at its foot has become a popular tourist destination. But it’s not just mountain climbers who make their way to Zermatt. Skiers, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts also love coming here.
Zermatt is a health resort to its core and boasts 300 sunny days a year. The air is clear and clean, not least because motor vehicles have never been allowed.
Instead, there are electric taxis, horse-drawn carriages, sledges, and bicycles to help you get about. But actually everything is easily accessible on foot, such as the famous Bahnhofstrasse, the Matterhorn Museum, and the world-class restaurants.
Zermatt is both quiet and vibrant. It is both quaint and cosmopolitan. The same applies to the luxury suite Hotel FIREFLY, nestled in the heart of this mountain paradise.
