JUNIOR SUITE AMANDE
Junior Suite ‘Amande’ (30m2) has been decorated with the soul of the sixteenth century and equipment of the 21st century. Kingsize bed 2x2m. Extra bed for child up to 18 years old on demand.

JUNIOR SUITE AUBÉPINE
This Junior Suite (30m2) is located on the first floor, with a sitting area in front of the fireplace, which makes it very cosy and comfortable. It has a double bed (“King Size”) 200 x 200. A large bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower and two washbasins. The toilet is separate.
The Garden
Between 1997 and 2011, we have carefully transformed the 17 acres of field, always having in mind nature’s balance surrounding us.
Thereby, in 1997, the avenue of lime trees that was connecting the building with a little oak forest and a pond, became the starting point for the restructuration of the green spaces around the property.
A true extension of the construction, the vegetable garden, with 1600sqm and created as an integral part of the guest house, maintains the same proportions as the original garden, with the addition of the main courtyard and the adjoining courtyard with pool.
In 2002, the creation of the rosary, the orchard and the french garden took place. Since 2006, we gave priority to the development of several types of trees, increasing the number from 39 to 50 species.
Eat & Drink
The dinner menu, which is changed daily and made with fresh and mainly organic products by Marieke who has acquired a special touch and knowledge of the French Cuisine.

Heated pool 12x6m
Heated from the 1st of May until the 30th of September, the 12x6m pool is located in the old courtyard of the castle. This is a freshwater pool, filtered salt. You can change at the Poolhouse: equipped with a Spa Jacuzzi®, shower, toilets and a fountain of fresh water. Towels are at your disposal.
CHÂTEAU DE RATILLY
This charming médiéval castle of the 13th century, modified at the Renaissance Time (chimneys, dovecot), is a famous place of High quality cultural activities and ceramic of this region.
CHÂTEAU DE BÉRU
The Béru Castle represents an historical domain pertaining to the same family for over 400 years. The main income of this site had always been the production of wine until the philloxera crisis of the early 20th century, when wine production dropped dramatically.
During the 1980s, the Count Eric de Béru, moved by his passion for wine, decided to replant the vineyards in the famous Clos Béru. His wife, Laurence, and his daughter, Athénaïs, are now at the head of this vineyard where they undertook a series of qualitative approaches in order to give new life to this family estate.

CHÂTEAU D’ANCY-LE-FRANC
Masterpiece of Italian architect Sebastiano Serlio, called by François 1er in his court, master symmetry and architecture of the sixteenth century. The Château d’Ancy-le-Franc is a Renaissance jewel in the heart of a large park in Burgundy canal and a few hours from Paris.
Historical monument, this vast quadrangle contains an abundant decoration awarded to the greatest artists Italians, Flemings and Burgundians sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.
CHÂTEAU FORT DE GUÉDELON
At the centre of Puisaye, in the Yonne, Burgundy, fifty oeuvriers undertook an extraordinary challenge : to build a fortified castle in accordance with the techniques and materials used in the Middle Age.
In a natural space, they provided all the necessary materials to the construction : stone, wood, soil, sand, clay… and quarrymen, stonecutters, masons, woodcutters, carpenters, blacksmiths, tile makers, carters, weavers, tailpieces… bulit, day after day, an incredible castle in front of thousands of visitors.
The construction of this site started in 1997 and should take around 25 years.
CHÂTEAU FORT DE DRUYES
Built in the second half of the 19th century by the Counts of Nevers, the fortified Druyes castle was made famous by : Pierre II de Courtenay. His daughter, the Countess of Mahaut. Druyes was at the climax of his greatness.
From the 14th century, Druyes importance started to decline. Following an infamous game of alliances, the castle passed through the hands of the Flandre Counts, the Dukes of Burgundy, the familly of Clèves and the house of Mantoue.
