A LOVE STORY & FAMILY
During the 1950s, Monsieur Augustin opened the ancient farm held by generations of his family to a few guests passing through the area. Drifters and celebrities alike, enchanted by the genuine nature of their host and his home, sometimes even decided to spend the night.
In 1978 Ninette, Augustin’s only daughter and her husband, Gilbert, took over this quiet part of the now legendary peninsula of Saint-Tropez, enlarged and restored the original buildings of the Ferme of Monsieur Augustin while painstakingly preserving its family spirit and charm.
A warm welcome, a convivial friendly atmosphere, sincerity and happiness, these are the values at the heart of the Ferme which contribute to make it a genuine « home away from home. »

Nestled in its green setting, La Ferme d’Augustin as a well kept secret, offers 46 Rooms and Suites to enjoy a peaceful stay … You will leave with sweet memories and the desire to come back the earliest possible in your “other home”.
Combining simplicity and authenticity, each of our rooms invites you on a journey through time. Immerse yourself in the Mediterranean atmosphere of yesteryear: Salernes tiles, paintings, old furniture, Provençal fabrics and embroidery regularly renewed and carefully unearthed by Ninette.
The hotel has charming rooms with or without balcony, Junior Suites (some with terrace or garden) or even Suites with private terrace and sea view. Highlighted by a Mediterranean atmosphere and decoration, their uniqueness will delight all our guests.
Some rooms also accommodate people with reduced mobility. All our rooms have air conditioning, telephone, television, minibar (2 bottles of water offered on arrival), safe, free Wi-Fi, Authentic Hotels welcome products and hairdryer. Classic Room
Classic Room is decorated in a typical Mediterranean style and composed of a bedroom with large bed or two beds, a bathroom with bathtub or shower and WC. This room can be fitted with a French window only. And can be equipped for disabled people with large open shower and slightly higher toilet.
DINING
An authentic and familial cuisine… Our restaurant serves a traditional, authentic and delightfully simple cuisine, that changes according to the seasons and mixes various Mediterranean and Provençal tastes
Be ready to enjoy these various flavours and colours either on our grape-vine covered terrace or under one of the trees in the garden. We offer delicious culinary dishes for lunch and dinner many of which are made with seasonal vegetables and fruits fresh from our own orchard.
There is also, of course, the wine made from our vineyard to perfectly accompany all our local dishes. There is no “half-board” and guests may choose whatever they wish from the menu and the daily suggestions of the house…
Breakfast is served until noon and comes with a watermelon jam from our orchard and freshly squeezed orange juice.
POOL & BALNÉO
Harmoniously integrated into the landscape, a very beautiful swimming pool balnéo with jets hydromassants heated all the year with 30° is at your disposal for a maximum relaxation (exclusively reserved to the customers of the hotel). You will find there:
- Power-jets: Course of 5 jets of low to highest, separated by 50 cm (in order to allow you to mass: feet, ankles, calves, thighs,… to the chest, high of the back, nape of the neck…).
- A Jet-stream: powerful jet for back and belly with handles on the sides to be held
- A blower: multitude of bubbles coming from the ground in the angle of the swimming pool (feeling of jacuzzi).
- A shower cascades: for a massage of the nape of the neck and shoulders.
For your convenience, towels are available in a basket at the pool. Pool hours: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Open from 7am to 9 pm you will find: bike, rower, bench, fit ball, Trx, Bosu, dumbbells. We also invite you to discover the practice of Yoga vinyasa: creative, fluid and rhythmic. On reservation every Monday from 8:30am to 9:30am or on request.
LOUNGES
Reception and service are tailored to guests’ individual tastes to give that “at home” feeling but with all the advantages of a personalised, full-service hotel.
Upon entering the main building you will find lounges decorated in an authentic, rustic Provençal Mediterranean manner mixed with comfortable sofas presenting itself as an invitation to serenity amongst the period pieces and paintings.
During autumnal evenings a wood-burning fireplace serves to embellish the cosy atmosphere. Ninette’s love of flowers and having many bouquets around – often made with the roses from her own garden – form an integral part of the décor.

Clos Bellevue: Provence is often associated with the sweetness of olive oil and the freshness of Rosé, which is why we have been producing them ourselves for years. Clos Bellevue’s olive oil and Rosé are made according to traditional know-how on the family’s land.
Home made jams with fruits from our own garden: Our famous watermelon jam as well as orange, kumquat, quince, prune, etc.
Products from our exclusive brand, « Senteur »: Perfume, soap, shower gel, perfumed candle, etc. All of them created especially for us by our collaborator and friend, Mr. Pierre Bourdon (the creator of famous perfumes such as Davidoff’s « Cool Water » and « Dolce Vita » by Christian Dior, among others).
Natsuc – Sweet by Nature: The well-being of our guests is essential for us, which is why we have created and chosen to use Natsuc in all our desserts.
