Staying true to its regional roots, the menu offers classic Alsatian dishes, traditional “Sauerkraut with 8 garnishes” and Baeckeoffe casserole, while also offering a gourmet journey into wider culinary selections: fish from both the sea and stream, lovely re-imagined cuts of meat, and all of it embellished with the perfect balance of seasonal vegetables.
COURTYARD & TERRACE
How great it is, the interior courtyard at the Brasserie Historique! In the sun warms the pink sandstone of Alsace, here and there you’ll find the colourful planters, and to welcome you there are the modern woven Varaschin armchairs and minimalist tables.
A smart contrast between the old and the new for a light, gourmet partition. The courtyard sets its pace to the seasons and their style in shifting decorations.
In autumn, pumpkins, squash and other gourds comes out to flash their round shapes and orange colours.
