The Villa Rugia is one of the most outstanding historic buildings of the spa hotel at the Baltic Sea, constructed in the style of the old spa architecture. It is situated directly at the impressing Wilhelmstrasse in Sellin.

A popular meeting point is the spacious terrace with a view over the Wilhelmstrasse, where you can enjoy the joyous life on the boulevard. And not only in winter is the cosy fireplace lounge the place to be.
The lovely restored Villa Vineta is somehow breathtaking: Two pairs of pillars are holding the two loggias which go over the whole front, and the supporting beams richly decorated with carving. In former days this was the residence of the local mayor and after that the great-great parents of the owner lived here.
In Villa Vineta you find the library of the Roamntik ROEWERS private hotel, a very cosy room in the style of a country house, with shelves full of books and comfortable wing chairs, which are especially in the colder seasons near the historic ceramic oven very popular.
Between Rugia and Vineta a tiny dark wooden holiday home hits the eye, which is situated directly at the Sellin Wilhelmstrasse: The Finja was built out of wood in 1905 and has been all the time a summer residence.
The holiday character is still there: The rustic house is the ideal holiday home with three bedrooms on two floors, a complete kitchen in country style, a dining area in the bay and the big comfortable sofa in front of the open fireplace, ideal for families, friends and even for guests with a dog.
Villa Marina with its sunlight floated loggias is a wing building of the house Rugia. Guests in here are only a few steps away from the restaurants of the private hotel and the hotel reception desk.
Hidden in the hotel park there is house Sella. Apart from some more guest rooms you find here our spa area with indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath, solarium, different relax areas and an inviting sun deck with sun chairs.

Welcome to our several times rewarded gourmet restaurant Ambiance, which invites you with its elegant interior and its exclusive international cuisine.
A view into the menu of the gourmet kitchen will give you an extra heartbeat: cod under a sesame nut crust, monkfish medallions on spinach with saffron mousse and a duet from the Irish lamb with mildly smoked celery cream. Enjoy looking forward to experience a refined, innovative cuisine with passion.
From the gourmet restaurant Ambiance you have a fantastic view on the historic Wilhelmstrasse and on the hotel terrace, where you also may enjoy your meals in summer. Open daily from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

RESTAURANT TERRACES
A place in the sun…you will find on our turn of the century terrace, which is attached directly to our restaurants “Ambiance” and “Clou”. From here you have a wonderful view to the historic avenue “Wilhemstrasse”.
We would be delighted to welcoming you in the afternoon with coffee and cake under the red and yellow sunshades and in the evening, when there is a cool breeze from the sea, large radiant heaters spend pleasant warmth.
THE SPA
Enjoy pure relaxation in the wellness spa area with a indoor pool, sauna and steam bath. The unique bathing area with the hotel swimming pool made out of rocks and with a grotto is part of the architectural highlights and appealing spa elements.
Hidden behind the rocks you can find the hotel sauna, the steam bath and a Finnish sauna. Bright daylight floats into the spa through the oversized big windows to the garden. This all makes the hotel pool so unique. In summer you even may relax in the calm of the hotel park, where numerous relax chairs await you.
THE THERMO LOUNGE
Before each treatment the enjoyment starts at the relaxing spa area a perfect deep- and muscle relaxation by deep warmth in our innovative Thermo Lounge! We accompany you from the vitambiance reception desk to the relaxing area, where you can perfectly prepare yourself for the coming treatments.
The deep warmth giving components of the Thermo Lounge have been especially designed for the vitambiance concept “floating” loungers and a newly developed foot bath facility.
These elements are all nature products, which are created to keep the warmth and they are constructed out of ergonomically formed large area ceramics, which can be used lying or sitting.
Because of the tender deep warmth (32°C) your organism is warmed up in a gentle and appealing way without bothering or irritating your skin.
This warm input is not only supporting the relaxation of the whole organism but also influences positively your soul. Accompanied by fresh aromatic mineral water and a wide choice of special vitambiance tea selection you are put into the state of deep relaxation.
FITNESS ROOM
The fitness room in Villa Sella is equipped for all those, who also think about their health during their holidays. Fitness training schedules, fitness equipment, cardio equipment as well as cross trainers, bikes, treadmills and also different gymnastic equipments e.g. gymnastic balls and mats are all prepared for you.
Training schedules can also be made for you individually and a personal trainer will be available on request. All training equipment is made by Technogym. Opening hours: daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
THE ISLAND RUGEN

You may visit the national park centre Königsstuhl, the famous chalk rocks, the Kap Arkona, the Jagdschloss Granitz etc. Also a trip with the traditional railway Rasender Roland should be part of your sightseeing schedule on Rugen.
- Experience a special discovery trip through the unique Bodden landscape – a Kremser (horse carriage) trip through a fascinating landscape , always surrounded by water, wide fields with a view on the peninsula Bug and the island Hiddensee. For riders there are also horses available.

- Boat trips along the island coast, to the chalk rocks or just around Rugen.
