Ti Kaye Resort & Spa is located on the secluded Anse Cochon cove on the legendary island of Saint Lucia – perfectly nestled along the cliff side overlooking the serene waters, which hungrily lap the silver sand on the secluded beach below.

The resort is often described as inspired by nature; each cottage purposely built into the landscape, drawing from the beauty of its lush natural surroundings.

Equipped with modern amenities and some unusual quirks, guests are invited to unplug and indulge in the purposely built outdoor shower, dip in their personal pool or simply relax in the double hammock while watching the sunset from their balcony.

Enjoyment of the postcard perfect views and all Ti Kaye has to offer while relaxing in your cottage, affords total privacy by design.

ROOMS & SUITES
Nestled on the cliffside above Anse Cochon cove, one of the best snorkeling bays in St. Lucia, 33 charming cottages line the sloping hill. Each cottage, or ‘ti kaye’ (Creole for ‘little house’), is purposely built for stunning sunset views over the Caribbean Sea and to afford an all-consuming breathtaking view of the azure waters below and is accessible by a matrix of paths and stairs which are lit up at night.

All accommodations share certain aspects including a private outdoor garden shower and a large balcony with a double hammock and rocking chairs. Full glass windows and door allows natural light in and insulates the room thus keeping heat out and cool air from the air conditioning or ceiling fan in.

Although we offer a quiet escape from the world, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available all over the resort for the guests who can’t completely unplug. For more details on each room category, please view the listing below to find the perfect fit for you!

OCEAN VIEW COTTAGE WITH POOL
There are 11 Ocean View Cottages with Pools, and these are located closest to the cliff’s edge offering the best, unhindered views and more privacy. Very popular with our repeat guests, these individual and private cottages tend to sell out first.

These cottages have the largest private deck out of the three room categories, as well as a private plunge pool. The location of these is indicated by the round blue dots on the map. All Ocean View Cottage with Pool rooms have a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and feature a large bedroom, spacious deck with two rocking chairs, table and a double hammock.

They also have ceiling fans and air conditioning, four poster beds with mosquito nets, complimentary tea and French press coffee facilities, a mini-fridge, telephone, hairdryer, iPod dock, in room safe, walk-in closet, iron and ironing board plus daily maid and turn down service. Beautiful outdoor garden showers are open to the stars and lined with tropical plants. Power is both 110v and 220v.

OCEAN VIEW COTTAGE
Similar in design and amenities to the Ocean View Cottage with Pool category of rooms, the Ocean View Cottages do not however have a private plunge pool.

Offering spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea these rooms are priced slightly lower than the Ocean View Cottage with Pool but are still surrounded by nature with each of the individual 8 cottages being near the cliffside. All Ocean View Cottages have a great view of the Caribbean Sea and feature a large bedroom, spacious deck with two rocking chairs, table and a double hammock.

OCEAN VIEW ROOM
Our Ocean View Rooms are the standard room category offered at the resort and are styled like a duplex (semi-detached). There is no connecting door inside, but the veranda balcony is separated by a door which can be locked or left open if your family or group has occupied both sides.

Out of the 14 Ocean View Rooms, 3 rooms have 2 queen beds instead of the usual king bed in the remaining 11 Ocean View Rooms and all other room categories. Equipped with separate entrances at opposite ends guests are still in a private room, with private amenities.

Although the Ocean View Rooms are set further back and higher up on the property, each room inside is the same size as our Ocean View Cottage and Ocean View Cottage with private plunge Pool rooms. All Ocean View Rooms have a view of the Caribbean Sea and feature a large bedroom, spacious deck with two rocking chairs, table and a double hammock.

SAINT LUCIA DIVING
Island Divers at Ti Kaye Resort and Spa is part of the resort operation and is a well equipped fully functioning PADI dive center, one of the best the island has to offer. From its humble beginnings back in 2003, as the resort developed and expanded, so did the dive center.

Fully furnished with a new dock, training room for certification courses, variety shop and 36′ Newton dive boat, Island Divers has raised the bar of the typical dive experience.

Island Divers is located in the marine reserve of Anse Cochon.

It is the only accessible wreck dive on island and is so close to us, we sometimes kayak out to it!

Due to our location, apart from our shore dives and the wreck dive, we have 3 other dives sites within a 3 minute boat ride and 10 other dive sites within 25 minutes!

SALINE POINT
This site is the most northerly site on the island, located in front of the LeSport Hotel. This site is also good for snorkeling. Scorpion Fish, Puffer Fish, schools of Grunts, Rays and different variety of eels can be seen here. Beach entry is possible at this site. The site starts shallow, 20 feet and gradually gets deeper, 40 – 60 feet at the point.

SMUGGLERS’ COVE
There is a nice secluded sandy beach making this an ideal beginners dive. Further out, diving from the boat, max depth is around 40ft/12m and there are lots of trenches and shelves. This is home to Flying Gurnard, Lobster and large Trumpet Fish.

BIRD’S ROCK
This rock is sometime called Bird Shit Rock as it is covered with sea gull’s droppings. Eagle Rays, barracudas, Parrot fish, lobsters and many other tropical fish are seen at this site.

PIGEON ISLAND
This dive is located at the base of Pigeon Island. The dive starts in about 15ft/5M over sand and coral and progresses over reef and huge boulders to its maximum depth of 60ft/18M. Eagle Rays, Moray Eels, Lobsters and Great Barracuda are all seen regularly on this dive.

BERGER ROCK
This site is marked by a navigational aid that flashes a white light, this makes it east to find for night dives. This site is full of life; schools of Jacks, Snappers, Grunts, King Fish, Sergeant Majors and Brown Chromes. Lobster, Eels, Trumpet Fish, the list goes on and on. Average depth here is 25 – 45 feet.

Also known as Barrel ‘O’ Beef), is a small island about a quarter of a mile outside Rodney Bay Marina. Maximum depth is around 50ft/15m. This dive has underwater trenches and valleys where you will often see Triggerfish, lots of Lobsters and Great Barracuda.

BONE YARD
Located on the Northern side of the mouth of the Castries Harbour, it is the site of a world war II vessel and what appears to be the wing of an airplane. It is the home to lobsters, and many other tropical fish and marine life. The story goes that the vessel was torpedoed off the coast of Martinique and tried to make it to Castries Harbour. The wreck lies in an average of 35 – 45 feet.

ANSE LA RAYE WALL
Known as one of the finest wall and drift dives in St Lucia, Anse La Raye can be found below a shallow wall. Interesting formations at the slope which consists of huge boulders stimulate the eye and imagination. Its best dived at around 50 to 60 feet.

ANSE COCHON
Starting in as little as 5ft/1.5M of water and progressing to around 60ft/18M, this reef has a wide range of scenery. There are patches of coral, large fields of boulders and sandy areas. This is a great snorkeling site and we regularly see Turtles, Trumpet fish, Moray Eels, Octopus, Squid and much more.

LESLEEN M WRECK
The Lesleen M, a 165-foot freighter, was sunk by the Department of Fisheries in 1986 to provide an artificial reef. It is covered with hard and soft corals, sponges and hydroids, and provides an ideal habitat for many juvenile fishes such as Queen and French angel fish.

Turtles and barracudas also frequent this wreck. It lies upright in 60 ft of water in the bay of Anse Cochon on the west coast, just south of Marigot Bay. Divers can tour the ship in its entirety. Its conveniently located in the bay right in front the resort. Ask about our kayak dives to the wreck.

BEACH & WATERSPORTS
Ti Kaye is located in a bay called “Anse Cochon” which translated means “bay of pigs”. Since we are a volcanic island, the dark (basalt) rocks produce a black sand. This mixed with the coral sand gives us the silver or gray sand you find on our beach.

Watch out, it gets really hot during the day so wear slippers. There are 166 steps down to the beach. Going down is easy; it’s coming back up that’s hard so just take your time. We do have a Bellhop however, so if you are unable to make it please ask one of our team members to get you a ride.

On the beach you will find hand-made wooden pergolas, wooden sun loungers with luxurious padded cushions, side tables and large Tucci umbrellas. Lastly, please note that all beaches on St. Lucia are public. We are secluded but not private so we do have others to share the beach with.

KAYAKING
Kayaks are available for complimentary guest use at Ti Kaye Resort & Spa. Take a single out to enjoy a quiet morning on the water or go exploring for the afternoon with a partner in a double. The clear waters of Anse Cochon allow you to see marine life below as you follow our coastline.

PADDLE BOARDING
Enjoy the calm waters of our cove with stand-up paddle boarding. A great blend of exercise and relaxation, paddle boarding provides views of our coastline while being out on the turquoise blue waters. At Ti Kaye we have paddle boards available and free for guest use.

SNORKELLING
Snorkel around Soufriere and The Pitons. Experience two snorkeling spots with a variety of fish, sponges, and soft coral. Relax in a marine reserve, while being served with some light snacks.

SOUFRIERE LAND & SEA
Start off by viewing Saint Lucia’s West coast by boat. Disembark at Soufriere, where a Ti Kaye taxi will take you to the mineral baths, Sulphur Springs and more. Lunch is served, followed by a quick dip at Toraille Waterfall. We stop in the town of Soufriere where you get to take it all in. You return to Ti Kaye by vehicle via the breathtaking West Coast Road.

SOUTH TOUR
Exploring the south of Saint Lucia’s tourism town is a must for first time visitors. The jewels in her crown are the breathtaking twin peaks, Gros Piton and Petit Piton, soaring thousands of feet above Soufriere.

The Pitons are Saint Lucia’s most famous landmark and is now a World Heritage Site. Soufriere also boasts the world’s only drive-in volcano were getting close to the action is as easy as taking a dip in her hot Sulphur baths.

CASTRIES SAILING TRIP
Why bother with a land taxi on the busy roads of Saint Lucia? You’re on vacation!!! Take a picturesque, 30 minute boat ride to Saint Lucia’s capital city, Castries. Indulge in the coastal scenery as you cruise past the villages of Anse La Raye, and Marigot Bay, experiencing the island in a different manner.

In Castries you will enjoy Duty-Free shopping at Pointe Seraphine and La Place Carenage, visit the Vendors Arcade and tour the historic Castries Market. Our boat will be waiting to take you back to the hotel after your busy morning.

NORTH TOUR
Adrive through the small villages will give you an insight of local culture. Your first stop is at a viewing point in Marigot Bay where pictures can be taken of this beautiful bay. The tour continues up to the Morne Fortune where ancient history lies.

After you then continue to Castries, a stop on a hill at a viewing point below the Governor Generals house, then off to Castries for local shopping.

You are then taken to the north of the island where you will drive through the Rodney Bay area and then to Pigeon Island where you can visit the museum and also you can climb the fort. The view from a well-preserved garrison high atop the islands tallest fort is breathtaking.

DEEP SEA FISHING
Our waters are abundant with a variety of big game fish, such as Blue Marlin, Sail Fish, Yellow Fin Tuna, Wahoo, and Dorado to name a few. We strongly believe in conservation and thus strictly practice the tag and release of all billfish.

As Saint Lucia is a volcanic island, the water drop-off area where the fish congregate, lies only two miles off the coastline, therefore facilitating faster and easier access to the best fishing grounds.

SAINT LUCIA SAILING
Visit some of Saint Lucia’s most popular and breath-taking sites on a half-day trip. Or join us for a full day as we set sail along the west coast. Have a lovely view of the majestic Pitons which are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stop for swimming and snorkelling at pristine beaches and marine reserves.
