Brach hotel’s “birth certificate” reveals that it was a huge postal sorting centre from the 1970s. In this building, the visionary imagination of creator Philippe Starck was allowed to roam free in a surface area of 7000 m 2. The result was 1930s architecture meeting modernism, Bauhaus, Dada and the Surrealists. Warm colours, natural and raw materials such as wood, leather, concrete, glass, marble and metal.

An enchanting selection of unusual objects, furnishings and works of art create a warm atmosphere. Brach hotel is at the same time: cultured, energetic, atypical, luxurious and a place where beauty and art flow together.

ROOMS
From the 1st to the 6th floor: 52 rooms ranging from 24 to 42 m2 create an inviting environment. The 1930s furniture and raw and natural materials are reminiscent of Brach hotel’s modernist inspiration.

Unusual objects and a selection of works of art are a gateway to culture. Guests have access to a plethora of books and novels, a mini concept store, the sports club, swimming pools, group lessons and rooms with or without terrace. A typically Parisian lifestyle and views!

SUITES
The 5th and 6th floors of the Brach hotel have 7 suites ranging from 60 to 200 m2. With a décor of wood, leather, glass and stone, these suites all open onto terraces overlooking Paris: offering views of 180° over the rooftops and the city, some suites even overlook the Eiffel Tower.

Terraces are equipped with a Norwegian wood hot tub or jacuzzi. The 1930s furniture and raw and natural materials are reminiscent of Brach’s modernist inspiration. Unusual objects and a selection of works of art are a gateway to culture.

A plethora of books and novels, a mini concept store, access to the sports club, swimming pool, group lessons … A typically Parisian lifestyle and views! Exclusive access to the kitchen garden on the rooftop is reserved for guests in suites.

ACCESS AND DISTRICT
The 16th arrondissement of Paris is a timeless district, it has lived through fashions and trends with its renowned quality of life. Its calm and bourgeois façade hides an arty design and welcoming facet. We stroll through its gardens, we learn from its museums, we explore its shops and markets, we relax in its cafés and we enjoy its gourmet dining.

RESTAURANT
The restaurant’s catering offer. The Restaurant is an immersion in Mediterranean cuisine. Offering healthy, balanced and tasty options, the cuisine is based on the products of these terroirs bathed in sun, spices and scents from elsewhere, selected from inspired and inspiring producers.

ADAM BENTALHA – EXECUTIVE CHEF
Born in Constantine, Algeria, Adam Bentalha began his career as a chef in major Parisian establishments (Ritz Paris, La Bauhinia du Shangri-la, le Royal Monceau, Prince de Galles). Brach Paris offered him his first Executive Chef position.

Adam Bentalha has created a menu that reflects his skill, identity, and origins. All the flavors of the Mediterranean basin inspire his food. His menu is constructed around produce from these sun-drenched lands, infused with spices and exotic aromas, and selected from inspired and inspiring producers.

As of september 2019, Adam is also Executive Chef at Sinner Paris. Here, the menu combines traditional North African recipes and South American accents in a blended cuisine made for sharing in a festive atmosphere with a DJ set all week long. He will also be at the helm of the Brach Madrid, and Brach Rome restaurants, which will open in 2022 and 2023.

TERRACE
In-keeping with the hotel’s spirit of relaxation and comfort, the terrace is brimming with exotic furniture, comfortable chairs and booths, warm lights and raw materials, natural oak, metal, leather and marble that create this special atmosphere.

In this carefully crafted for relaxation, luxurious and generous ambiance, Adam Bentalha has created a menu with the flavors of Asia : sushis, sashimis and Pho soups, mochi…and Yann Brys pastries, fresh-squeezed juices and festive cocktails are also available.

The Brach Terrace is open from 5:30pm in winter covered and heated. When the weather’s warm Brach terrace is open from 12 for the lunch and closed at 11pm.

PATISSERIE
This is one of the district’s stores. An ideal setting to unleash the imagination of pastry chef Yann Brys for traditional desserts and signature creations. Pastry chef Yann Brys.

Best Craftsman of France in 2011, known for his emblematic swirl cakes, he leaves his signature on the sweet creations of the hotels Evok, Nolinski, Brach, Sinner and Cour des Vosges. Gourmet and daring, his pastry is both healthy and unconventional in addition to original, detailed and colourful.

YANN BRYS – MEILLEUR OUVRIER DE FRANCE
When he was just a child, talented pastry chef Yann Brys was already helping his mother make the tasty treats that she would prepare for various occasions.

He started his career with Philippe Urraca, awarded “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, before joining the teams at Fauchon where he discovered a demand and a different approach to taste. After this experience, he discovered the grand Parisian hotels such as the Concorde Lafayette or Le Bristol.

But his attraction to Dalloyau led him to join the team there as an assistant to Pascal Niau, awarded “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, director of Research and Development. Yann Brys joined Evok Hôtels Collection in 2015 as Head Pastry Chef chairman of the group.

SPA
At Brach, originality, privacy, comfort and well-being are paramount. Brach has chosen Kos Paris for its beauty Suites, located on the first floor of this immense glass building. They are decorated in the cosy Brach style: alive with warm colors and raw, natural materials such as wood, leather, concrete, glass, marble, and metal.

A selection of unique objects and artworks create a welcoming atmosphere. Bathed in the light that floods in through the building’s glass facade, these spaces invite visitors to take a break in a natural and warm atmosphere for precious moments of calm.

KOS PARIS
Kos Paris was born out of a passion for rare plants, cultivated in an environmentally sustainable manner to develop a high-end line of natural cosmetics. This philosophy, combine the powerful natural assets of the plant world, rich textures and an enduring respect for the environment.

KITCHEN & GARDEN 
The air of the countryside takes over Paris’ 16th arrondissement. The roof of Brach hotel is transformed into urban garden with its hen house. A 360° view of the Paris skyline with emphasis on the Eiffel Tower. Aromatic herbs, fruits and vegetables are grown and cared for. And, regardless of what time it is, we indulge in Paris’ splendour.

Brach hotel opens its doors to all and offers for private events its suites and terraces, the Atelier and kitchen garden for all types of events, both professional and private, product launches, filming, meetings, birthdays, etc.

Brach hotel can help you create gastronomic workshops with chefs, mixologists and sommeliers, sports activities with coaches, as well as creative activities such as pottery or street art classes with selected professionals.

WORKSHOPS MASTERCLASS & IMMERSIONS
An experience of food and discovery, with conversation and cooking lessons. For 90 minutes once a month you can discover the well-guarded secrets of Brach’s Chefs and Mixologist, who will share their skills with you. The food you prepare can be eaten on site or taken home after the Master class.

How do you make Adam Bentalha’s famous “hummus with sesame powder and caviar lime”? Discover Yann Brys’ patented piping technique, the tourbillon; learn how to make all kinds of Brach bread; or take a master class on gin taught by an expert from The Botanist.
