You can choose from two types of “French full course” or “Japanese kaiseki”, and we offer courses with different menus and ingredients for each plan.

“Hakkoda Cuisine” is created using French cooking techniques while sticking to seasonal ingredients, carefully selecting seafood from the Sea of ​​Japan, the Pacific Ocean, Tsugaru Strait, and Mutsu Bay, as well as the blessings of Hakkoda and Mt. Iwaki.

Locally produced beef with soft meat that melts in your mouth. Dakekimi (corn) from Mt. Iwaki, which has a high sugar content and can be eaten raw . Thick and firm scallops from Mutsu Bay, etc. Please enjoy it to your heart’s content.

The expansive Tsugaru Plain is a treasure trove of delicacies, including apples, various fruits, and vegetables, as well as rice fields, and an abundance of wild vegetables and mushrooms in the mountains.
